I ordered 3 dresses on 6/15/25. I finally received 3 items not as pictured, size not suitable, fabric thin, cheap. Storefront indicates they are coming from ******************. Tried to return they offered 66 dollars for the 157 I paid, finally said I could return to ***** and pay shipping. They advertised on ********. Total scam. The date of transaction was May 20, 2024. I ordered a jumpsuit that cost $37.98. I paced the order in April. It took almost 6 weeks to arrive. I was disappointed in the Quality of the item and it did not fit me. When I tried get a hold of someone to inquire about a return, I had difficulty. Finally, after 4 emails to ********************************** I received an email where they offered me an eight dollar refund. I declined that so they offered me $18. I declined that. I have yet to hear their response. This company is engaged in fraud. The item that was sent to me is nowhere near what was described in their advertising. Ordered from Crigne through Instagram Ad. I ordered Feb 15 and it arrived Mar 3. The items were not as pictured. Poor quality of material, looked like something an amateur would make. Sizing was way off- too small and definitely not true to size. I emailed the company and for $25 I could keep the items, to which I donated, and they would send the next size up. I have emailed them multiple times, each time being told they would send the items. Unfortunately, my latest email came back as not a valid email address, so now I have no way of contacting them and I am out $25, plus $208 for the original order. It was clearly not worth the money. I only wish that I'd checked BBB prior to ordering. Please be aware that just because the item is sold on social media, doesn't meant the business and products are legit.Initial Complaint

I ordered from CRIGNE on February 14, 2025 and received this outfit on February 28, 2025. They advertise made South Carolina online, false advertisement. This was shipped from *****, first complaint. Second complaint, by accident I ordered Two of the same outfit by entering two in the quantity. I immediately contacted them on their website with the order number ******** letting them know to reduce that to quantity one. They had already charged my charge card $123.98. The outfit I ordered was $69.00, and I was to receive a 5% discount. Since they already charged me, they only gave me credit for $47 not the $69 because all they had to do is change the two to a one. What a scam, then I finally received the outfit on February 28, 2025 and the material differs from the top, the pants do not match one is a chiffon and the other is a cotton scratchy material, and I wanted to return it. I have to return through the US mail, which is quite costly. I notified them again asking for a return authorization number. I never received it, but I did receive a message from this company asking me I could just keep the outfit and they would give me $20 credit. What is going on? Im stuck with an outfit I cant wear. I was charged $123.98 because I got the 5% discount so Im paying a lot of money for an outfit that is unwearable . This company needs to be penalized somehow and I want my money back all of it. There was never any mention of a restocking fee and I totally understand that, but they never said that when returning, so I should get full credit and I will return it if they ever give me a return authorization number. Please investigate this company And please get back to me. Thank you so much. PS: My charge card shows $123.98 and at this point Ive only been told Im getting $47 credit!!! I ordered 2 items. In the purchase it's said to expect 2 weeks for delivery. After 17 days. I reached out and the company said that one item was delayed and they could ship the item that is available and cancel the other or cancel my order all together. I let them know it was fine to wait until both items were available and ship them both at the same time. I received two items but neither were as advertised. A sweater I received was not the same color, type of material, size of knit or pattern thickness as what was pictured.The other shirt I ordered did have the appropriate pattern, but had 3" cuffs and 2" hemmed waistband at the bottom of the shirt that was not in the picture. The sleeves and torso were barely long enough.When asking for a return label because they offer free returns, I was told they would refund $25 for my order and I could keep it. I replied back that I did not want the items. I wanted a full refund and they replied back offering a $40 refund. On my third reply back. I said I would not accept anything other than a full refund and shipping label to return the items and they said if I wanted to return the items it would be at my own expense. I opened a complaint with ******, since that is how I paid, and the company has given me an address to return the items but no company name or person's attention to send them to. ****** receipt shows Crigne and Dress Fashion on the receipt, but the website I ordered from was Panrila. I received shipping confirmation for my purchase on 7/15/24 (see attached). I placed the order via an advertisement I saw on ******** a few days prior to that. The cost of the item (pants) was $40.99 plus $9.99 for shipping; total charge to my card was $50.98 (see attached). When I received the pants and tried them on I realized they were sewn incorrectly or at least in a very strange way. They didn't fit me and I doubt they would fit anyone properly. I requested permission to return the item since their website states 30 days easy return/exchange (see attached) which I came to realize was very misleading. A number of email exchanges took place in which they offered up to $18 for me to keep the item (see attached). Knowing they weren't wearable it didn't make sense. Finally, I was told I must send the return to ***** in the ******************** (see attached) which would cost (slowest method) $29.70 which is most unreasonable and illogical since the website indicate they ship from the ** or **. The return label on the package I received was in ******** (see attached). Requiring the return to be sent to ***** is unreasonable and again, statements on their website and ******** are completely misleading. If I chose to send a return to *****, I feel certain I would never receive a refund. Can you please help me with a process that allows me to return the pair of pants to a location in the ** and then receive a refund of $40.99. Thank you.Initial Complaint

Received 3 items. One was too small and low quality and the other two were low quality. I never even tried them on. I decided to send them back. I clicked on return and went to the website they suggested. The first time I got an email saying there was no such web site. I then looked up RYABE and found a site to send an email. I saidn( wanted to return my order. I got and email saying they would send $28 dollars of I kept the order. I replied I wanted to send the whole order back. Next I got an email saying if they refunded me $56 dollars would I keep my order. I replied NO. Waiting for them to reply. This company is crooked.Initial Complaint

I purchased a dress which wad not goid quality snd the fit was strange I simply wsnt to return the merchandise to get a full refund if $58.98. I have sent numerous emails as well as opening a case with paypay providing documentation they never responded but was told I had 30 days to return
