order number: 1200843-1944128 May 15th Costed: $32.69 So I ordered 5 scents, 4 of them are real but the one I really wanted was the bleu de chanel which I tested myself atleast 80%-90% diluted of alcohol, 100% fake you spray it and you can tell it's not what it's suppose to smell like, I want either a refund for the bottle($21.97) or a replacement of the real stuff, I don't mind if a spray is used before shipping to test if it's real, I have send multiple emails and have gotten no reply, I just want what I paid for not stuff diluted, idk if they got a fake bottle and didn't bother checking it pouring it travel size bottles but yes this one is fake and heavily diluted with alcohol does not smell like the real stuff at ******Business Response

I did not sign up for their emails or anything to do with this company. All of a sudden they started sending me emails. I have unsubscribed and continue to receive their emails. Clearly, this is their business practice, as I have read numerous complaints about the same thing. This company is liable to a several thousand dollar fine each time they continue sending emails to someone who is unsubscribed. I have never purchased anything from or subscribed to MicroPerfumes, however they continue to send me subscription emails almost every day. I have clicked the unsubscribe link and asked them to remove my email from their mailing list multiple times, and yet they continue to email me. Never ordered product from them and they send emails very frequently many times a week and sometimes multiple times daily. Have tried many many times for many weeks to unsubscribe either by their email preferences or the unsubscribe choices and the emails keep on coming. Please make them stop emailing me. The company refuses to remove me from its email list, one that I never registered for and I have not purchased anything from them. I have used the automated form to unsubscribe for over a week now and sent an email as well. Supposedly it takes 24 hours to be updated but it just keeps coming. All I want is for them to respond as they are supposed to and remove me. It should not be this hard. It's the principle of the matter -- do what is right.Business Response

I had got an order for Micro perfumes, the said they were sending me the package and I never received it. Order number 601635-903864 Date part of the order arrived 01/09/2023 Date order placed 01/05/2023 at 3:41pm west coast time Order total $48.22 Items **** de ****** Parfum travel sized ($26.99) and a Spice Bomb Extreme travel sized ($31.99)Order 2 travel sized colognes from them one being a **** de ****** Parfum and a Spice Bomb Extreme. The spice bomb extreme wasn't shipped and had a different product sent in its place. They have yet to respond to a request to send the missing item placed on the date the order arrived. The ****** doesn't smell like the product its claimed to be. My guess either a clone or was watered down. It smells more of alchol than the cologne itself and is missing the whole first half of its scent. I don't know what's happening with all that, but it's not the item I ordered. At this point honestly I don't know if they would even send an replacement that was the actual product. So honestly would like a refund on it more than an attempt at a replacement. Kind of the same feeling about the spice bomb as well. At the very least I'd like to have the actual items I paid for, but I rather just be able to whipe my hands clean and just get my money back so I never have to deal with this company again.Business Response
