I purchased two perfumes from this company. One sample of Intense Goddess and one full bottled perfume, Eclaire. The Eclaire perfume arrived in a condition that appeared used. I reached out to express my concern as well as submitted pictures. First, the perfume box was not vacuumed wrapped/sealed. Secondly, after taking the bottle of perfume out of the box I noticed the cap was not even secured on it was scuffed up and appeared used. Due to the condition of the perfume, I knew I would not wear this. I asked for a refund (I will happily return product) or an exchange. Microperfumes has not offered any resolution but requested photo, which I'd already included in my original complaint, however I did resend the photos. Still no resolution offered.Business Response

We did receive your initial message and photos. However, we requested additional images because, as part of our standard practice, all of our retail bottles are labeled with an inventory control sticker. Unfortunately, that sticker was not visible in any of the photos provided, which made it difficult for our team to verify and investigate the issue accurately still not able to verify Until receive the requested documents we are unable to proceed with any resolution.

I purchased a bottle of Creed Aventus, not cheap. When I got the product (later than promised by the way) it smelled ruined, not like the origonal at all. I notified them about the condition but they seem to just be defensive and dismissive simply because "no one else has complained" I have requested that they send me a replacement and then I will send the defective bottle, but their only solution is that I send them the bottle first, and then MAYBE I will get a refund or exchange, but no promises. I do not trust this company at all and do not feel comfortable with that solution. I am simply requesting that they send me an exchange overnight and I will send them the defective product. On top of that, they insulted me saying that maybe I don't know what the original smells like and am only used to fake colognes. This seems like a fraud/scam.Business Response

Were sorry to hear that the customer is dissatisfied with their experience. Our goal is always to ensure that our customers receive authentic products and are treated respectfully.
The customer purchased a brand-new retail bottle of Creed *******, a product we source directly from authorized distributors or the brand itself to ensure authenticity. Scent perception can be subjective and influenced by factors such as skin chemistry or batch variationsespecially with a niche fragrance like Aventusbut we take all concerns seriously.
Upon being notified of the issue, we asked the customer to return the item for inspection in accordance with our standard policy. This allows us to verify the condition and provide a replacement if appropriate. Unfortunately, the customer refused to return the product and instead demanded that a replacement be shipped before sending the original back. Due to the high value of the item, we are unable to process exchanges or refunds without receiving and inspecting the product first.
The customer has since initiated a chargeback through their payment provider. At this point, the matter is now being handled through that process. We will comply fully with the investigation and provide all necessary documentation to the payment processor.
We want to be clear that we never intended to insult the customer. If our communication came across as dismissive, we sincerely apologize. We remain committed to resolving this matter through the proper channels.

NEVER TRUST THIS COMPANY!!! ****** business practices from bottom to top!! First off- they describe the perfumes incorrectly!!!! Leaving out entire notes that can make or break any perfume!! Secondly, they rarely fill the "sample" fully- so you are only getting around 50%- 70% of what you paid for and assume you are receiving! Just open the enclosed case so you can see the clear half full bottle on the inside!! Then, i'm not even too sure they send the correct perfumes!! It has happened on 3 different occasions that i liked the sample, bought a full bottle (from another company), and the ACTUAL perfume smelled completely different than the sample did!!! SUSPICIOUS!!!!!! I brought these topics to microperfumes attention and they basically said "too bad"!!!! Absolutely no remorse, or effort to rectify, or even apologize!! I was shocked at the lack of customer care! Bottom line is that you are just paying and praying with this company!!! It is NOT guaranteed that you get what you pay for- size wise, scent wise, brand wise?.... who knows where else they are cutting corners and scheming!! Like a lot of operations nowadays- they just do whatever they want and count on the customer not knowing or doing anything about it! And even if the customer does... what is 1 person going to do against a whole company? That's why sites like this are essential!!! READ THE REVIEWS!!! Actions speak louder than words! If you actually cared about your customers, or the integrity of your business, then you would have taken action to make it right! IE: refunded my hard earned money for the perfumes i bought under the INCORRECT description, that i could not where/use at all because you left out whole and powerful ingredients (Patchouli, vanilla, another one i forgot. Yes, it happened several different times- which is why i finally decided to say something!! Once it becomes a pattern- it is no longer an accident or simple oversight!)

My order was placed with this company on 01/21/2025 for 12- 0.75 ml(0.025 fl oz) perfume samples and 1- 5.0 ml(0.17 fl oz) travel size perfume bottle. My issue is that the company promises a 30-day money back guarantee on ALL products, including sample vials as specified, but will not allow me to submit a request for a refund within 1 day of my delivery. I tried reaching out with my issue multiple times and they not only refused my refund request, but also keep repeating that I reached my ticket submission limit while never even fully responding to my original ticket submission/request for refund. It is clearly a fraudulent company who has no intention of fulfilling their promise of a 30-day money back guarantee. The sample products were poor quality, and despite paying almost $50, they did not include any materials for the samples to be tested properly. Their companys statement on the About Us page isnt even correct as it states their samples are sold for $0.99, while I paid $3+ per sample for almost all of them. Overall Im just unhappy with the packaging quality and within 1 day of my delivery have tried reaching out to the company, only to be met with scammy responses. Unfortunately it appears to have been unclear to the customer that they were submitting their complaint to a chat bot, which then sent their ticket to us and stated we would respond by email.
Our site states that we will do our best to respond to them within ***** hours, and I can see that we received their chat bot submission just last evening.
We would like to assure the consumer that we are not a fraudulent company and are available to assist them with their order issue, however do not offer live customer service at this time so we kindly request their patience.

I have never bought or subscribed to micro-perfumes and I receive daily text messages. Ive clicked unsubscribe, reported as spam, and deleted the text messages but they keep coming and from a new number every day so I cant block them permanently. Only one (Versace Pour Hommes) of the six scents I ordered arrived on the 28th of July and when I contacted customer support to inquire about the rest I was consistently given the run around for days and they attempted to gaslight me into believing I threw away the other vials.
