    The transaction was done 3-10-23.I had a new heating system put in my house and exposed ducts asbestos removal. The total cost was 12,250.I was promised to get one visit per year for maintenance service.When I call the number was out of service and no new number was available.I had a number for one of the *** Representative and I call. l was told that the company was sold and no longer in business. l was given a number to call but they didnt have a contract for my account.I was also given 10yrs warranty on factory parts,20yrs warranty on heat exchanger.I have no one to contact and stuck with this bill .

    This company scammed my elderly grandmother. They called her offering her a special for $69.99 to check her air conditioner and reviewed a long list of what was going to be reviewed once they came. The tech that was going to arrive at her home supposably had an accident on the freeway so another tech (*********************) came who was in a vehicle and in dress clothes not a uniform. He asked where the ** unit and water heater was to check. After he checked them he said the water heater was good but the ** was very low on freon and you can not get freon anymore , she asked what she could do and he said she would have to switch over and she asked what that meant and he said get a new ** unit. She said she could not afford that since she lives on a fixed income and he said there are programs that will help and you pay by payments she said she can not afford and asked him to just do the work he was there for ($69.99) he proceeded to come back informed her she could get a new unit for $48.00 per month she still declined be cause she could not afford it. He then sat down and said it would $69.99 and asked how would she be paying she said her debit card he took down her information then said he did not have a receipt for her after he had her sign a Home Improvement Contract with no dollar amount. He said he will mail her a receipt and a week later when she went to use her debit card she discovered that she was Charged $470.00 which left her $7.00 to her name. And no receipt was ever received until today and it only showed Service and freon level checked lubricated motor for $470.00 it is not itemized at all. The tech's boss said freon was added and per the *** requirements they are required to provide how much freon was added and the receipt has everything crossed out and hand written notes of what was "supposably" done. I can not believe how this company can take advantage of an elderly lady who lives on a fixed income and who would have NEVER approved of this charge
