    The transaction was done 3-10-23.I had a new heating system put in my house and exposed ducts asbestos removal. The total cost was 12,250.I was promised to get one visit per year for maintenance service.When I call the number was out of service and no new number was available.I had a number for one of the *** Representative and I call. l was told that the company was sold and no longer in business. l was given a number to call but they didnt have a contract for my account.I was also given 10yrs warranty on factory parts,20yrs warranty on heat exchanger.I have no one to contact and stuck with this bill .

    Last summer they replaced to units at our property. The upstairs unit failed at the height of summer. Calls were ignored, and their mailbox was full. We paid on time every month to the finance company (******) We paid an outside company $800.00 the first time for freeon that was leaking out. The unit failed again last week. Mailbox is still full. Leak test needed.We drove down to Creative air at **********************************************************. The internet says that its Creative Air and that they are open. Thats a 45 minute drive for us. When we got there the name in the door was different but it was an HVAC company. They claimed that they were new to the building and that they had not heard of Creative air.Our system isnt working and now we are about to spend above $1000.00 for a leak test to be done. We only have one number for them, and have sent unanswered emails. They have robbed us. We have a disabled adult daughter with autism living upstairs and is very distressed about not being able to be in her room because it gets up to 86 degrees up there.

    On 4/11/23 Creative Air Solutions, **** (CAS) came to my home to check my air conditioning unit for a deal they had going on for $69.99. The technician said I needed a new a/c unit and I informed him that I could not afford it just do what the $69.99 service includes only and I will wait until the unit goes out and deal with it then since I live on a fixed income. Once the so called service was completed he came into my house and said it would be $69.99 I had not cash so I paid with my debit card. He asked me to sign the receipt and after I did he said he could not provide me a copy but one will be mailed to me. On 4/22 my debit card was used and declined I contacted the bank and this company charged me $470.00 mind you I still had not received a copy of my receipt and would of NEVER agreed to that amount as I live on a fixed income and know i could not afford a big expense like that. We contacted the company and they were very rude and said the receipt would be mailed, My granddaughter was able to get a receipt emailed to her and they had marked everything out on he "Contract" and wrote that they serviced and freon levels were checked and lubricated the motor. I live in a senior community and this company clearly took advantage of an elderly person and who know how many other people this happened to. I also notified the onsite manager so they could let everyone know what happened so hopefully they don't scam any other senior.

    I agreed for a service call on my heater and air conditioner with CAS. The work was done and I paid them $950. The next day I heard some flapping in the attic and called the company to come out and fix the problem. The number I called was, as i learned later, out of service. I found another number on line at their company website. The person I spoke to said that the technician who had performed the service in the attic would be out to my house when he finished his assignments for that day. He didn't come and I am still hearing that noise for the sixth day in a row now. I went to my bank and put a stop- payment on my check. The bank informed me that the check had been cashed, so I put a dispute on the service. I have not been able to reach the company today.

    On November 5, 2022 Creative Air Solutions knocked on my door without requesting services saying they will look at *************. They said the good news is the air systems are good, but the bad news in you have asbestos in your attic. If not removed you can get lung cancer. They said they can do it tomorrow but need an $800 deposit (10% of $8000). As an 87 year old I could not climb the ladder to see what they were referring to. The next day an outsourced company arrived at my home, they placed plastic drapping everywhere and I could not see what they were doing. The workers said, we will give you a discount of of $6000 for the job. I put the charge on my credit card and the neighbors came over later telling me our homes in our neighborhood were built after asbestos was outlawed and that this company was a fraud. Sure enough they were. I am fighting to get my money back with my ***** I would like to warn anyone who comes across this company not to deal with them. They are a fraudulent business taking advantage of elderly people like myself.
