    I emailed Kimberly about process serving on 1/23. She quoted me a price of $125 and said that five attempts would be made to serve my documents within 72 hours of receiving my documents and payment. I paid on 1/24.I emailed on 1/30 and 1/31 for an update. I received an update on 1/31 that they had only made two attempts, one that same day. I asked for clarification, as I had originally been told they would make five attempts within 72 hours. She said they'd make the next three attempts over the following four days (2/1-2/4). I emailed for an update on 2/5, 2/6, and 2/7, but received no reply. It is now 2/10 and I have received no update on whether my documents have been served.
