5 starsWe have been owners at *************** and with *** since 1992. For a few years I had thought about depositing our week with SFX and with an incentive email I had received recently I decide to give it a try this year. I will say *** depositing was easier but with the help of ****** ***** she helped me deposit into ***. I can honestly say if not for her help I would have just gone with *** again. I spent a fair amount of time learning all I needed to and ****** *. probably spent more helping me. Email questions, forms I needed to submit, signatures, etc were presented to me in a logical informative manner that I felt comfortable and confident enough to complete the deposit process. I admit I am a bit high maintenance with things and ****** *. stuck with me and the process to a successful conclusion. Eventually we will request a trade into a resort and hopefully that will all work out well too. *** has been good to us and I'm hoping SFX can equal or even perhaps surpass my RCI experiences with quality of resorts offered etc. If this is the beginning of a long term relationship for us with SFX they can thank ****** ***** for getting me onboard with them to start.. 5 starsMaybe it was my fault, but working with *** in the past was problematic -- until today working with **** *. He was a pleasure to talk with. He explained everything clearly and he took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions, The result was that we accomplished everything vacation-wise that I wanted to do. I have his direct phone number and will use it every time in need to contact SFX. Great job on his part.SFX Preferred Resorts
