5 starsWe have been members of SFX for perhaps 25 years. We've nearly always had excellent experiences. When something goes amiss, SFX fixes the situation.
On our last vacation, **** ** went way above and beyond! We were to check into a property on a Sunday. On Friday, I decided to check in with that property to ensure we had a room without stairs. The resort had no reservation for us! I read my reservation that I'd received from SFX, but nope -- no record of us.
I called SFX and John answered. Wow -- did we luck out! John called the resort. Come to find out that the resort's representative messed up and didn't record our vacation.
It's now about 330 PM PST -- SFX closes at 4. John told me he'd work on this and get back to me. John assured me he'd stay as long as needed to ensure we'd have a place to stay. He was able to find another resort in the same area. The representative from that property assured me there were only 8 stairs. We were so happy to have a place to stay!
Our happiness was short-lived. The condo had 24 steps and was an old, tired dump. (Who puts brown carpet on the floor and brown wall paper up when there are only 2 windows?) The property needs maintenance and a redo.
That night I wrote to John. On Monday by mid-day, he found us another property -- a unit at a Hilton vacation club. We knew it would be a lovely property.
And a bonus? The original resort is giving us a week free some time in the future since they messed up.
We're so grateful to John and the team behind him that made our vacation a success.Review fromHeather G

5 stars****** worked very hard to accommodate my requests, and had helpful suggestions. While some locations only had a few options during my requested dates, she found ways to make it happen. Ill use SFX again for a timeshare exchange, and Id be happy to work with ******!SFX Preferred Resorts
