      I purchased items from Morphe, LLC, ********************************************** online and had a reaction to the new setting spray. I emailed Murphe I called Morphe numerous times to exchange the item. I was ignored even after having a rash and sending a picture of it. This company is not located in my state anymore and I can see why. they should not be located in yours as well because they have poor business practices. They do not stand behind their product. What if I sprayed this on my face? I would be almost dead right now..

      In my order, i ordered some items that should've had multiples, but every item I got only had 1 of each. In particular, I'm missing 1 Morphe X ******************************* Artistry Palette 1 Make It Big Volumizing Mascara 1 Hint Hint Skin Tint - Hint Of Ginger 3 Dream Gift Set Neither of the 2 numbers in their website are real, they lead to spam hotlines offering "free gift cards".I've tried using their chat and email to no avail.

      On December 18, I ordered a number of items from this online vendor. Note that they have had many reputational issues in the past, but I do generally purchase their products, although mostly from retail stores. I received my order in the mail and several of the products which are cosmetics. Were not a match for my skin tone. They have a return policy clearly listed on the website, ************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************** Satisfaction is guaranteed; however, the only option they give you in order to initiate a return is to email their address which is info@morphe. I have made numerous attempts to contact them with my order number, ********, to receive a shipping label. They do not offer a phone number that you can call. No one is responding to my email though. I have followed up several times and am completely within the return window and within their return policies. In my last communication, I clearly explained that this behavior was unacceptable, and if I did not receive a response, I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. All I am asking for is that the vendor respond to my message and give me a shipping label to enable me to access a refund for some of the items I purchased in the order. You cannot simply give an email address that no one monitors or response to. In fact, their website says that someone will respond within 24 hours and this is not the case even though technically the holidays have passed. The remedy I am seeking is for the vendor to respond to my message regarding this order number and give me a shipping label so that I can initiate the refund process. They shouldnt make it this hard for their customers especially when they have such a clear return policy on their website. This is fraud.

      Order number ******** I received an email from Morphe that I got a refund. Reason being the items were not in stock.(As I am typing this they are still letting people order some out of stock items)Subtotal $20.30 Shipping $5.95 Total $26.25 Refund $17.50 They pocket $2.80 and keep the$5.95 for shipping nothing I have to wonder if this is common practice. This needs to stop.

      After looking into your order details, it appears the nearest warehouse was unable to fulfill 3 products for order ******** because they had gone out of stock:

      While we try our best to maintain 100% accuracy with inventory, there are occasions where we are unable to fulfill an order completely. As a result, your order was refunded $17.50 plus the cost of shipping $5.95 and a refund email confirmation was sent on December 28, 2022.

      Furthermore, a new order was placed on January 19, 2023 with 1 of the previously removed items and we honored a price match refund of $2.03 for the 9Q Love Matters Artistry Palette.

      I had ordered from Morphe on 12/16 with the site indicating the order would arrive on time for Christmas. I got an update from the company that my order was going to take longer with no update on when. I reached out to the company to see what I could do and was told I could cancel the order and reorder with a HIGHER priced shipping to get it on time, get a 20% refund and wait for the order or cancel all together. I hadn't responded and Morphe cancelled the majority of my order. They are now sending a single item where the shipping is higher than the cost of the one item and I've asked to cancel the order. I'm being told they can't guarantee it now as it's being processed but there is still no update to the tracking. I'd like my order fully cancelled and refunded as I'm not going to refuse the order and lose my shipping cost based on a change they made on their end.

      I've been emailing a company owned by morphe for months. The company is Rem Beauty. Every time I email I am told that a representative will get back in touch with me and then nobody returns to email me back. I've been emailing since June / July 2022. I recently reached out again in September and I asked for a supervisor manager. They refused to let me speak to one without knowing the issue. Every time I tell them the issue that's when they tell me that they will have somebody reach out and they don't come back. This is unacceptable. I told him I didn't want to tell them the issue because of this but they would not let me speak to a supervisor manager and refuse to give me a telephone number or a way to reach one. They had asked what emails I used to email because I told them I was emailing off of several emails all of them being ignored I gave them all of the emails I gave them proof that I have been messaging since summer. Once I told them what the issue was once again they stopped responding to me. This is ridiculous. This needs to be looked into immediately. There's no way to get any type of customer support from this company.

      I accidentally placed an order at Morphe**** for makeup. I was checking prices only and somehow placed the order. I immediately called to cancel and automated response was the phone lines were down so immediately I emailed them and explained what happened and got a response 3 hours later saying my order was canceled. I also called my bank . 5 hours later got another email saying they couldn't cancel the order because it had already shipped. That was a lie !!!!! I didn't receive any shipping #s until 3 days later I called and called with no resolution. They still don't have phone lines up. This company is going down. Someone needs to step in and be a voice for the customers. I've had so many other problems with refunds and shipping!!!! The worst customer service I've ever experienced.

      I placed an order from morphe (#********) on March 14, 2022 and never received it. I also haven't received a response from the company, let alone a refund despite my several attempts to reach out by phone, email, contact form, and even through social media. My order was over $100 and this is absolutely ridiculous. Absolute scam of a company, I would like a refund.

      In November 2021, I placed an online order through the Morphe Website. Please note at that time there were no warnings about shipping delays etc. There was a sale on and i ordered four products for my stepdaughter for Christmas. I received a shipping Noification on November 13th which says, :Wanna hear some killer news, Morphe Babe? Your beauty haul order # xxx has shipped. There is then an option to "stalk your package" (Track your package.) When you click on that, it says, details will be updated once your order has shipped. So it's a completely FAKE shipping notification. Note, they took the money when this order supposedly "Fake shipped/didn't actually ship." Fast forward to December 2nd, nothing futher has been heard, no further updates. Three weeks of a black hole of nothingness. So, my husband rings and is told, we are overwhelmed, can't tell you anything, can't say when it will be shipped, can't give you a refund for weeks in the future. I thought that was outrageous and emailed on December 9th to ask what on earth was going on. I was forwarded a canned response that we should only reach out after 10 days of not hearing anything. Well we are past 10 days!! At this stage we are at 30 days and are getting no response. Clearly it won't be here in time for Christmas although I ordered almost 6 weeks early. They have since added warnings about shipping times to their website. I am initiating a chargeback/fraud investigation from my bank because they fraudulently took my money and still no product and impossible to get hold of anyone for an update. I was a happy customer in 2020, but after this experience I won't be buying from Morphe again and will be dissuading my step daughters from purchasing anything further of this brand! Bitter lesson learned when money is tight!

      Consumer Response /* (2000, 14, 2022/01/10) */ They eventually responded and said the package was lost in the mail which I didn't believe Bc they never updated shipping info. They offered to resend the merchandise and I asked if they even had it in stock after all their sales and they admitted no they didn't. They issued me a refund. Very disappointed in this whole event - at least I got my money back. I won't shop with them again.
