      Probiller charged my debit card *****. I have never heard of this business, never signed up for a new subscription, and this was apparently billed during the middle of my workday today 10/16/24. My bank caught this charge and flagged it as fraud. I now have to cancel my debit card and obtain a new one, because I have no idea how they got my information or what this charge is for. No one else has access to my card or account and I cannot find any emails or websites that I would have started any subscriptions for. It does not appear this type of behavior is unusual for this ******, which is highly concerning and is now causing me significant inconvenience.

      I subscribed to 2 days trial on Brazzers site and was charged twice for 1.03 and once for *****. The only thing I agreed to was the two one dollar charges. After getting charged the 30 dollars, I contacted support and was denied a refund because they are stating that I clicked on an additional link for a monthly membership and I dont recall doing that AT ALL plus the fact that I noticed the charge IMMEDIATELY (within an hour) also I wanted to mention that I havent used the content they are saying I ordered. I tried to get it refunded and cancelled and was denied. They claim to have stopped the auto billing and kept my membership active and I WANT my money back! I have reached out to my bank to have these charges disputed.

      I signed up fora subscription to an adult website that charges a monthly fee. I recently noticed on my bank account that I was getting billed close to the same amount multiple times in one month. I called the billing service (ProBiller), and they informed me that I was being charged for memberships to other sites that I had not signed up for. I asked that those memberships be canceled and that I refunded the charges for the other sites. They refused.

      Charges started appearing on my credit card... supposedly for subscriptions but that seems unlikely because what kind of subscription charges $37.19 a month (that was the charge before currency conversion).I have no idea what the charge is for because they don't list that on the credit card charge. I spent literally days on hold on phone and chat trying to get through to somebody to answer what the charges were for but never got through.In the end I had to cancel my credit card to stop all the charges.The company does everything possible to make it hard for the person being charged to cancel or find out why they're being billed.Can't imagine working for such a joyless company.Date of experience: July 15, 2024

      In your reply you state that the trial memberships weren't cancelled and therefore upgraded and to contact Probiller for an explanation and to talk to a live agent.

      Talk to a live agent - what a joke.  If there had been an easy way to identify where the charges were coming from I would have cancelled them as soon as I saw them on my credit card statement but Probiller deliberately makes it virtually impossible to determine where the charges are coming from.  I tried to contact a live agent by phone and via chat when the charges appeared but spent literally days on hold with no indication of how long I'd have to wait.  I wasn't able to talk to a live agent despite repeated attempts.  Had Probiller actually had live agents to talk to I would have cancelled after the first month but the "live agent" option isn't practically available so in the end I had to change my credit card number to stop the charges.

      The fact that you have now cancelled my memberships after they could no longer be charged to the old card is pointless.

      Probiller has charged my credit card multple times on multple dates (see attached) even after I have called and asked them to cancel any and every account. They assured me I was cancelled and then I get new charges at a later time. I have a recorded conversation with them on 1/27/2024 to cancel everything. I told them they do not have my authorization to charge my card. They assured me everything was cancelled and it would not happen again. On 3/26/24 they charged my card twice. I called and spoke with a representative ******, who ultimately said they could do that and hung up on me. She refused to cancel my membership and did not refund me anything after she said she would. I am trying to get a refund for all the unauthorized charges. I asked to speak with a supervisor and they said their supervisors do not take any calls. This is horrible customer service. I cannot speak to anyone who will help me. I'm worried they will continue to falsely charge my card and I will have to cancel the card.

      Greetings,

      We can see a contact to our customer care team on ****** and we cancelled an account. We even offered a partial refund which was accepted.

      At this time ALL rebilling was stopped.

      Then on March-26, the end user logged into the account and made purchases in the amount of $29.97 and $14.97 for 2 different website add-on's

      When you spoke with an agent on March-27, these 2 new purchases were cancelled.

      To be clear, we did not randomly choose to bill you and the recurring billing was stopped for all accounts when you initially spoke with us on Jan-27

      We can also see the ** address responsible for the purchases on March-26 is the exact same ** address that has been used to log into the account since it was first created.

      Going forward, we suggest being careful about what is being clicked on to avoid future purchases.

      I have asked to have my membership cancelled and take my credit card off of their site. They said everything was cancelled and there would be no further charges. I have not received confirmation my membership is cancelled and they charged me again after they said they would not. Their customer service is terrible and very rude. I was hung up on by their representative. This is horrible business. Nothing has been resolved.

      I have an annual subscription with brazzers which I canceled months ago but, my account is active and paid for until august of 2024. My account has been charged $29.97 numerous times over the past few months by probiller. I call their customer service and ask to be reimbursed for the unauthorized charge and they tell me they are not allowed to give refunds. I threatened to dispute the charges with my credit card company and they finally decide to refund me my money. This is really getting annoying how they can charge my credit card randomly without my permission or even showing a confirmation of the charge. My next step will be to cancel my credit card and get a new number if this does not stop. This company probiller is a scam and if people didnt ever look for these mysterious charges then they would never know they are being stolen from.

      I have repeatedly been charged various amounts from this company due to being the victim of payment details theft. An illicit actor has used my payment information for charges with e-commerce site(s) that charge users through probiller. I have tried to get a representative from probiller to cancel any further transactions/close any associated accounts to prevent further charges, but they indicated they would not due to the activity not being deemed suspicious enough to close/cancel. They offered a partial refund of the charge instead, and at one point the representative actually suggested to contact my bank to get it disputed/issue a stop payment. Very unprofessional of them to not handle this themselves. Well, I begrudgingly took the advice and went down the route of contacting my bank to issue a stop payment in September, but as of December 18 I was charged $42.64 from probiller. My bank indicated that the stop payment was in effect, yet probiller somehow was still able to charge me. I think that from my experiences of being charged multiple times from this company without my consent, the unwillingness of the representatives to help me, and the fact that I was charged by them again even after my own bank's stop payment was issued against probiller indicates that pro biller is completely fine with charging innocent people and stealing their money, and will use any workarounds/gray areas to their advantage to receive payment instead of working with victims of fraud/identity/payment details theft.

      Please add me to the list of consumers who have had their credit cards charged for charges that were not authorized. Attached is my cancellation of 12-22-23. Yet, my credit card was charged on *****. Company does not answer phones, chat has been ongoing for 20 minutes, yet no one answers the chat, tried sending an email, but the website just spins. Disputing with my credit card company. What a terrible company.

      I am writing to file a formal complaint against Brazzers and RealityKings for unauthorized credit card charges and outright deceptive practices by their customer service team.On November 24th, I subscribed to Brazzers for a 1 USD trial, with an additional no-cost subscription to RealityKings. The subscription terms stated that after one week, it would automatically renew at a higher rate for both services. After a week has passed, on November 4th, I was charged renewal fees for both websites (1 USD and **** USD respectively). That same day, and upon deciding not to continue with these subscriptions, I promptly contacted their customer service via the website's chat system. I provided all necessary details, including my website account and credit card information, and explicitly requested the complete cancellation of both subscriptions. Their team acknowledged my request and assured me that the rebilling was canceled.Contrary to these assurances, I was still charged post the initial trial week. Subsequently, in the past 2-3 weeks, I have had to contact their customer service twice more (December 15th: 1 USD & ***** USD), reiterating my demand for the cancellation of both subscriptions and associated rebilling. Despite repeated confirmations from their representatives that my rebilling had been fully cancelled, I have been charged three additional times afterwards. This is not just a case of miscommunication or error; it is a clear and deliberate case of credit card fraud. They have continued to use my credit card information to levy charges against my explicit instructions to cancel. These actions taken by Brazzers are both unethical and illegal, demonstrating a blatant disregard for consumer rights and consent. I am now forced to consider legal action in response to this criminal behavior.

      I have been charged 3 times a month for the same website between august - november at around $40 each. I never received an email for these additional charges and they refused to elaborate as to what these charges were when I called. There are also random charges for $1 each month. Do not do business with this company. Completely fraudulent.
