Recurring monthly payments starting July 3, 2023. I signed up for a trial subscription and canceled immediately but have continued to be charged. It is $1663 total over the last 2 years and I currently have $43.50 pending charge. There is no way to cancel on the website I tried secure chat and decided to call customer service after 30 minutes of no replies and then waited 25 minutes. I was uncomfortable giving my card information over the phone as they were asking for more than just the the last 4 digits of my card. I called my bank and was told I could only cancel or stop payments if I went thru this vender. I don't use these services or subscriptions.Business Response

I subscribed to a website for 1 month they run based on misinformation from an affiliated review site and cancelled immediately to avoid being rebilled. I quickly realized that I had been misled and requested a refund less than 12 hours later. I had not downloaded anything despite paying extra for downloads. They wouldn't give me a refund until I threatened to issue a chargeback. When they issued a refund, I got a notification on my phone that I had to authorize the transaction. Thinking that I was authorizing the refund, I authorized it, only to see that it was for another charge. I was still in chat with the agent and she denied charging me again, and that I would get a refund for the original charge within 7-10 business days. She claimed she could not see a second charge. She became rude and said things like "I keep telling you over and over again there is no second charge" meanwhile I am in my online banking app and I can see the second charge and that my balance is reflecting said charge. During the whole chat, she would look into things and the chat was so eager to disconnect every 1 minute by asking if I'm still there, despite me waiting for her. She told me I had to email with a screenshot of the charge. The agents who work in chat or phone lines have no access to email, I just have to wait until they feel like responding to my email. Other agents have claimed they can't see a second charge. This company tries to scam you at every opportunity with things like automatically checked boxes that if you leave unchecked when you log in, you will be charged for additional subscriptions that you will also go through painstaking lengths to cancel. They should not have a merchant license. They claim to have refunded me the first CAD $30.88 but it remains to be seen. They owe me a total of ***** for both transactions, or $30.88 if I do end up getting refunded for the first charge. (I did get an email confirmation about the refund.)Business Response

I was billed $29.97 twice. I only signed up for a $1 trial for 2 days and canceled it within a few hours. They refunded the first $29.97. They told me I signed up for another website on my own. I did not do that and I was charged for it. I contacted them by chat and they refused to refund the second website even though I only signed up for a 2-day trial. Very deceptive practices by this company. You pay for access and then they lock videos. When you click on the locked video, it bills you for another website.Business Response

I was charged on 2/14/25 $1.00 charge 2x and on 2/18/25 $39.99 & $39.97 on my ********************** Debit Card from ************************. I called my bank ***** to report these charges as fraudulent and they shut down my card and issued me a new one. I have called the company 3xs at **************. I was told they will not refund my money and only could cancel the subscription I NEVER ORDERED. They are saying since it is my name, phone number, and email they have on file all they could suggest is for me to find out which of my family members or associations ordered this and get the money back from the purchaser!!!! I NEVER or ANYONE I KNOW ORDERED whatever this services or product they offer. I have never even heard of this company. The only way I was even aware is because of the fraudulent charges on my bank statement. I just want my money refunded back to my account which is a business account.Business Response

I signed up for a one-month membership to the website **************** and have been unable to cancel my subscription so that it does not renew on January 15, 2025. There is no way to cancel on their website, so one is forced to try to reach them via online chat or phone, both of which are impossible after hours on hold and no response via online chat. I have also emailed on several occasions over the past two weeks with no response.This is clearly a scam to require members to remain members with no viable way of cancelling or at least make it as difficult as possible to do so.Customer Answer

I signed up for a 7 day trial for a service on November 27, 2024. I canceled the trial the same or next day. However, I have been getting charged for the service every Thursday! I have got an email that the service was canceled December 12, 2024 but I am still getting charged. I called just today, two times and the representatives were extremely rude. It's not hard to listen to the customer, especially when they are not yelling at you or being rude themselves. The first rep. stated my account was actually inactive and didn't know why I was being charged but could not refund my card. He did not send any conformation. The second rep. sent an email stating my service was canceled but they were extremely rude. However, the email they sent was vague!!! I am not sure why I cannot get proper confirmation that my service is canceled and my card will not be charged going forward. I am now disputing every charge with my ********** to get my money back, since you cannot send ProBiller documents that show prove your service ended well before any charges should have been placed.Warning, if the service you are seeking uses **************************, do not complete the transaction. The first membership was cancelled and the second was not which explains the charges,
We do however have log in logs on several dates in both December and January but we will make an exception and refund the charges
Going forward we suggest contacting an agent to sign up

This so called business, which is actually a criminal enterprise defrauded me out of ~200$. Like the rest of the complainants on this site, I was charged on a regular basis for extra sites that I did not buy. I dont understand how I was charged for these extra sites because I never sought nor clicked any of their additional promotions. Also, no process of showing that you purchased anything was presented or consent asked. I went to check my account after the first month to see what the actual cost was after their new customer monthly cost and it did not show any recent activity. However, at that time they were charging my card like a gold digging girlfriend with an oblivious boyfriend. It was so outrageous I believed that my bank account had gotten compromised and cancelled my card. I called the bank to dispute the charges which they did, but this scummy company, which knows what they are doing, sent proof of charges which is obvious baloney. They expect people not to go to the bank due to the humiliating nature of the subscription, but I was and remain determined not to be stolen from by these criminals. They could not refund the money because I gave them my information and the repayment would have to come from the bank. I called the company, and was demeaned by a representative who stated I dont know *** I dont watch **** like you to which I replied sure, and I dont work for a criminal enterprise. He was of no help and told me to contact the bank. This is a scheme by this so called business to steal money from unsuspecting customers. Any response to this post from them will be a load. I am contacting them one more time and if my money is not returned Im going to authorities and will consider hiring legal representation. The evidence from the page is enough to establish a possible class action suit. I will not stop until my money is returned by principal.
