"I've been a customer there since 5 years give or take I've been racially profiled since the beginning I used to have a unit there but I was told I can't have a unit there anymore because I was staying too long which was a 24-hour storage unit facility and I have 24-hour pass I've noticed people of the same color cuz the people that work inside the facility living in the back of the facility whole apartment setups TVs couches and everything within their unit and were told nothing the whole time I was there I even have video evidence of these things. So I no longer have a unit there but I still have a PO Box I've been washing my car and filling my ice chest with ice because they have a public use paying customer available ice maker and water hose I've recently been told I cannot use these things because I'm not paying for a storage unit I told them I've been here for five plus years I've always done these things and two to three of these years I haven't had a unit why are you barely telling me this and if these things are true why is it not posted on or in the facility they proceed to tell me policy change the policy changes every day apparently in the rates keep going higher seems like multiple times in a year and I'm not sure if that's even lawful they're definitely not BBB accredited." ...
