5 starsI have been dealing w/ Augusta for about 10 years. I have been satisfied in every way. 4 or so years ago I contacted Ms. ****** ********* to process my RMD. She has been absolutely first class each year. I can't think of anything that she could do better. Each year when I email her I dread that she may have moved to another position. 5 starsI was completely impressed with how focused APM was on ensuring potential clients were educated before making any decisions to move forward. At no point in time did they offer investment advice or encourage a decision, but rather, they focused on facts and remained supportive without presuming a sale. Each Augusta employee/representative I was in contact with was kind, respectful, patient and professional. The extra time spent and investment made with each potential client is truly a differentiator observed while considering different marketplace options.
