I feel I have been the victim of a scam. I have been charged 98.23 from a company with the name of Beverly Hills MD with this order information ************************* on 10/08/2022. I have tried to contact the company and by email and by telephone only to wait on hold for over 45 min before hanging up on more than 3 different occasions. I have been sent an email stating that this will be a recurring order monthly unless I call and cancel. No one will answer the phone or respond to an email. I ordered a cream, Dermal Repair complex, and received some pills. Never said they were pills, I have health problems and I can't take more pills. I don't want that product.
I need to return the product and get my money back. please tell me how to return the product to receive my money back.

i have been buying their products for about 2 years. Today I tried to adjust the ordering as I have too much of one of three products I buy monthly. first, the online webpage refused to let me do that though they ask you to make changes online. I decided to cancel one of the products and the webpage refused to let me- I had to call customer service so they could find a way for me to continue the product. I called and was on hold well over an hour. Any change I tried to do, they blocked. They must me a scam. I want my subscriptions canceled. I also emailed them with no response. I had to cancel all my charge cards they had access to so they cannot scam me anymore. I want no phone call from them but simply want my subscriptions canceled. The date of transaction was 7-11-21. I paid $100.52 for the Dermal Repair Complex. The business committed to provide me with satisfaction guarantee or your money back. My dispute is that I broke out with a rash when I used the product no more that 3 times. I still have the bottles filled. I tried to call customer service several times through the first 3 months and waited for long periods of time and there was never any answer. I was frustrated and angry and fed up. I tried sending an email and also no responce. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and I was guaranteed satisfaction but at the time of reimbursement they make it difficult to do. On July 31, 2022, I ordered a Beverly Hills MD ****************** product that I saw on a video. The special price was $92.02.
On my **** bill I noticed two charges from Beverly Hills MD (the above) and another $203.30 on the same day.
I only ordered 3 firmness skin care products.
I called the company at ************ and was on hold for over 30 minutes before I hung up.

On July 28, 2022, I purchased a product from Beverly Hills MD called Deep Wrinkle filler. The amount I paid for this product was $51.21 online via credit card. Beverly Hills MD promised a 60-day money back guarantee if for any reason you are not satisfied. This product caused skin irritation, acne breakouts, and redness and itching. I attempted to contact Beverly Hills MD via their customer support #, but remained on hold for hours with no one ever answering, there was only recorded music. Beverly Hills MD shipped me products i never order or clicked on after my original purchase.
I am extremely disappointed and expect a full refund without shipping the unauthorized product back. It is sad because i was just getting comfortable ordering things when i feel like i know enough about them.
i did make the first purchase and i am not asking for my money back for the original order. The orders i received today were not authorized. When speaking with customer service they told me i was not on a recurring shipping order.
