april 2024. bought deep wrinkle filler. Called in July to return ( no improvement) when i called it was past 60 days . **************** was just a broken record. I then did some research and found many many negative reviews. I filed a dispute with my ******************** I am 73 years recently had a mini facelift ( happy with outcome) but i do try products with guarantees and i have return items that didnt not accomplish what promised . But the relentlessness of the customer service person to just repeat and repeat past 60 days just confirmed a scam operation. I was in sales for over 3 decades and you never what a unhappy customer so the amount in question i believe around $120 and now I am determined to go on many web sites to let future customer know about my experience.Business response

On 04/30/24 I was charged $***** for Beverly Hills MD product. I requested a full refund and returned the item UNOPENED back to Beverly Hills MD. A credit for ***** was only AUTHORIZED on 04/30/24 NOT ISSUED! I was informed of this by the customer service department! To this day I STILL have not gotten my refund!Business response

transaction 6L8249020X403341S April 23, 2024 Since taking this med, all joints in my body hurt so bad that I am now afraid to take anymore. I am not sure if the product is what it claims to be. The pain is so bad I am going to the doctor to see what's wrong and I am also having the product examined by my pharmacist. I have not contacted Beverly Hills MD based on all the complaints I've read because I believe I will get a run around,Business response

Received product March 5, 2024 with a 60 day money back guarantee. Began using product following instructions carefully on March 10. By the end of April 2024, it was quite evident the product was not producing the hoped for results. Notified by email I was unhappy with no results. Reply was an offer of an extension of the money back guarantee and to keep using the product in hopes of a result. When I promptly agreed to that, I received an email saying that this was not possible to extend the money back guarantee.Business response

Order placed on 02.17.24. After approximately 2 weeks I checked the status of my order. Still showed pending. Called and was told they couldnt find the order number, my name, phone, email First two emails went ignored. Received response on my ***** email asking for information. Supplied name, phone, email as well as the picture of the order and proof that my credit card was charged. They still cannot find my order and state my payment was declined even after I showed proof that it processed. No product or refund received.Business response

I purchased the ********************* from Beverly Hills MD. I started to receive 3 bottles every month. Each bottle has 60 capsules: enough for 30 days. I called and told them I had way too many and to please stop sending them, at this point I just finished 1 bottled and received 3 more bottles so I had 5 bottles. i went for blood work and noticed my liver count was high so my doctor advised me to stop taking the supplements. I called to cancel the subscription but the customer service gal told me she will change it to annually; meaning I will only get a shipment once annually, this would give me enough time to get clearance from my doctor. I told her that I stopped taking them and then I received another 3 bottles in the mail so now I have 8. I called again and they said to hang onto them and if my doctor doesn't allow me to take them then they will refund my money and I can return them. I just had a biopsy completed and haven't received the results yet and I noticed I was charged yet again for 3 more bottles, $101.22. I called to tell them that I can not take the capsules and to please cancel the order and that I need to return the 8 bottles I still have. The gal told me they can not return them because of the 90 day return policy. I told her what happened and what I was told and she said there was nothing she can do. When I asked to speak toa supervisor she said there was not one available and that I could not speak to one. I was sent the bottles in error by them, and they didn't want to accept them back, and they gave me false information; here I thought they were being concerned about my situation, but she must have been just looking at sales numbers. It is $303.66 that needs to be refunded and I am more than willing to return the product, but they won't take it. Had the customer service girl just accept my return from the get-go I wouldn't be in this situation today.Business response

This product purchase was 11/24/2023. It did not perform the results promised. The company refuses to provide a return label.Order Number BH8058312.I have let them know that I am recovering from a serious fracture and cannot get to a postal facility or a *** store.I am extremely disappointed by repeated calls to customer service to address this issue, only to be told "we don't give return labels, we don't have a department for that".This so called Neck Serum is a very big disappointment, but the company seems to only want to force the customer to keep the product and my money.Meanwhile, I have been bombarded with emails from this company trying to sell me more products, subscriptions to new products.I would hope you can relay this complaint to this company and resolve it.Thank You, ************************* ***********************************************************, ** *****Business response

The company replied that this occurred in 5/10/21 $109.41 I received nothing.Nature of dispute: I don't know who they are, and I have never had any cosmetic surgery or need for anything cosmetic. I know that I have never purchased anything from them. I have explained to them that I don't know who they are, and that I have never received anything from them. As well as telling them that I have never had cosmetic surgery or purchased any cosmetics period.Customer response

My complaint is very clear. To my knowledge, I have never heard of this company, and I have never had any type of cosmetic surgery from any one or doctor. However, I have found from Pay Pal that they have been charging me for a long time for something I never had. We are talking about a lot of money. ************ will have to prove to me that I have ever had any contact with them. This is pretty straight and clear. I want a complete refund from them for all the charges that they have sent to Pay Pal concerning a non-account that they claim I have. There is no way that Pay Pal would know that. Therefore, it is not Pay Pal's fault, it is the company's fault and responsibility to make this right. Otherwise, you give me no choice but to contact my lawyer and let him decide what to do to get my money back.Business response
