1 starI ORDERED 1 PRODUCT. THEY ADDED ANOTHER WITHOUT MY PERMISSION $37.80. I CALLED THEM TO TAKE OFF. SAID THEY DID. WEEKEND. MON. STILL THERE ASKED AGAIN SAID THEY DID. TUES BACK CALLED AGAIN SAID TO LATE SENT (LIE) IF I SENT BACK IT COST AS MUCH AS IT COST. ONLY GET 32% BACK. A WEEK LATER $97.89 OUT OF CHECK ACCOUNT DIDN'T KNOW WHO. REMOVEDACCOUNT. COULDN'T PAY RENT ! NOW JULY STILL DON'T KNOW WHO IT IS. 7/16 $99.37 ONLY HAD 2 CENTS IN ACCOUNT! CHANGED AMOUNT SO COULD GET MONEY. HAD STOP ON THEM. NOW $200 IN HOLE. CAN'T PAY RENT AGAIN! 1 starI have experienced the same issue multiple times. My orders keep getting canceled without any clear explanation. When I called customer service, I was told to send an email. I emailed them as instructed, but never received a response.I am now having to track down my refund and am still unsure whether it will be processed. The lack of communication and support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing.Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company to friends or family. 1 starI am a makeup artist and the skin care specialist for REMOVEDa new one and after I used that one nothing had work so I started on the second one (they send you three) it still didnt work on my face at all. So I called within the time limit of moneyback guarantee and they said yeah as long as you have all three vials. I said well I used the first one and threw it away. Well they said you could only get a partial refund. Now I spent $150 and they gave me $38.50 back only. To hREMOVEDwith them! They are terrible people theyre making millions and theyre not being honest and they dont give you back your money.Please do not use this product, take my advice Im an experienced professional. And I noticed they sent like a letter of apology that we didnt like it blah blah blah blah blah, but they dont give you your money back.

3 starsI pre-ordered an eye product on Oct 31 2025. Due to arrive and ship Nov 29. They overlooked shipping mine. Called, complained and told arrival expected Dec 29. Product has arrived but waiting for mine to ship. They have had my money for 2 months and I'm not sure I'll see my product as expected. Different agents say different things.Beverly Hills MD

1 starMisleading advertising and disappointing customer service I purchased the REMOVEDRapid Lift Advanced Neck Serum after seeing a promotional video that clearly stated the price was $44.95 if purchased immediately. There was absolutely no mention of a subscription or recurring payments.However, a month later, I was surprised to see another charge on my credit card for the same product. I called customer service and explained that I never signed up for a subscription. The representative told me that my purchase was made under a subscription plan and that if I wanted to return the product, I would have to pay for the return shippingreferring to the company policy.This is very misleading and unfair to customers. On top of that, I did not notice any results from using the cream, so the experience was extremely disappointing overall.The management should be aware that such deceptive marketing and poor customer service seriously damage the companys reputation. I will not be ordering from Beverly Hills MD again and would not recommend them to anyone.Beverly Hills MD

I didn't start taking it upon receipt, so when I called for a refund, because it didn't do what it was hyped to do, I was told "too bad, your time has expired for your refund. 1 starI spent a great deal of time watching Beverly Hills MD's online presentation and sorting through their product deals. I placed my order, but the last part of the order didn't go through. I was told by REMOVEDto contact my credit card company because it appeared they flagged it because the charges were over $500. I resolved the matter quickly and called back. I was told that the promotional rate on that last charge would not be honored because their system would not allow it to be placed again. I asked to speak to a supervisor, but they said they couldn't do anything about it either. I was very excited about using the products I ordered, but asked them to please cancel the entire order because I didn't want to deal with company that obviously has such a low regard for their customers needs.Beverly Hills MD

1 stari ordered early january. Order was shipped 1-12-25 which took several days to receive which is normal. I start using product and see ZERO results. In fact, my skin looks worse. I assume REMOVEDwould consider the 90 days starting upon receiving product. I called 4-11-25 thinking i'm still within the 90 days to return. I called to request return so i can get a refund. The REMOVEDwas rude and shot me down once he looked up my info. He told me, "you receiving after 1-12-25 and my reasons for wanting a refund are irrelevant. You already missed the 1-9-25 deadline. The deadline is 4-9-25 and you missed it. He would not budge. I calmly asked for him to consider my defense in that i did not receive it until the 15th and my 90 days should start there. He said, your defense is no good, irrelevant, your 90 days expired on 4-9-25. 5 starsI had the most lovely return experience with Beverly Hills MD. Last week, I accidentally clicked a link which doubled my order of Rapid Lift neck serum at a lower cost. They extended free shipping to me to send it. They sent me the 6 bottles of neck serum not knowing that I really didnt want the additional 3 bottles and that I had made a mistake when I clicked the link to double the order. It arrived a couple days later and when I called to find out if I could return it, they didnt give me any trouble. Yes, I had to pay to ship the product back, but so what?! It was my mistake! Why do people blame others for their own mistakes! I love this brand! The product is really good! My neck looks snatched and I didnt have to go under the knife! While I was waiting to get my return authorization email, I decided to try the Deep Wrinkle Filler! It was delivered yesterday (within 3 days of ordering). I love the texture of this product and thank you so much for the gift jar of the crepe correcting body complex. I cant wait to try it!
