i ordered early january. Order was shipped 1-12-25 which took several days to receive which is normal. I start using product and see ZERO results. In fact, my skin looks worse. I assume ** would consider the 90 days starting upon receiving product. I called 4-11-25 thinking i'm still within the 90 days to return. I called to request return so i can get a refund. The *** was rude and shot me down once he looked up my info. He told me, "you receiving after 1-12-25 and my reasons for wanting a refund are irrelevant. You already missed the 1-9-25 deadline. The deadline is 4-9-25 and you missed it. He would not budge. I calmly asked for him to consider my defense in that i did not receive it until the 15th and my 90 days should start there. He said, your defense is no good, irrelevant, your 90 days expired on 4-9-25. I wanted to say by the way, i've had experience with similar companies that gladly refunded me a few days later, no questions asked but i kept my mouth shut. ******** customer service.Beverly Hills MD

I had the most lovely return experience with Beverly Hills MD. Last week, I accidentally clicked a link which doubled my order of Rapid Lift neck serum at a lower cost. They extended free shipping to me to send it. They sent me the 6 bottles of neck serum not knowing that I really didnt want the additional 3 bottles and that I had made a mistake when I clicked the link to double the order. It arrived a couple days later and when I called to find out if I could return it, they didnt give me any trouble. Yes, I had to pay to ship the product back, but so what?! It was my mistake! Why do people blame others for their own mistakes! I love this brand! The product is really good! My neck looks snatched and I didnt have to go under the knife! While I was waiting to get my return authorization email, I decided to try the Deep Wrinkle Filler! It was delivered yesterday (within 3 days of ordering). I love the texture of this product and thank you so much for the gift jar of the crepe correcting body complex. I cant wait to try it! Glad I found them but wish they were easier priced when just living off social security,. As a single mom working as an RN, my salary was not as high as it seems to be today, hence a lower social security and little left over after bills making finances challenging,Beverly Hills MD

After checking out the website, I got a message with the code EXTRA20 which was supposed to give me an extra 20% off of any product. It didn't work, which I wasn't able to confirm until I received an email with confirmation of charges. I called the telephone number on the email to try to sort out the issue. The person I spoke to was talking so fast I couldn't understand him, but didn't even ask what I wanted before trying to sign me up for something else. I finally managed to tell him my concern, and he gave me another number to call. When I called that number, I got recordings first asking if I wanted to save on insurance, and then what city and state. I don't know whether or not they're a legitimate company, but they certainly have very poor communication. I' still hoping that the guy I spoke to didn't sign me up for something I don't want and that will be hard to get out of.Beverly Hills MD

I watched the extremelly long infomercial and was going to try one bottle of dermal repair but i had to buy 3 to get the nice price so i got sucked in. immediately afterwards, i regretted that i'd been tricked and tried to cancel. I could not find anywhere to cancel my minute-old order so I tried to chat and no one answered. I sent an email and got a generic reply that someone would contact me within 72 hours. Funny, it didn't take but a few minutes to take my money but it would take 3 days for them to return my email! The next morning, I called and chose the option to cancel an order but the phone disconnected. I tried chatting again and was also disconnected. Then I received an email saying my order had already shipped. Wow they are fast at the things they want to do but not at actually giving any customer service. Now I'm being told I have to use the "90 day guarantee" option and send the product back if not completely satisfied. I will send it back before i even open it but there's no guarantee they won't reimburse me. I am completely certain I clicked "one time order". I never click subscription so they better not try that trick on me! How frustrating.Beverly Hills MD

I ordered the wrinkle Repair neck serum. When it was not working as promised, I called in to ask about returning it. the customer service **** advised me to keep it longer, To see if I would get results. I told her it would be out of the return limits and she said it did not matter that I could still return it. I I kept it longer until I used it up as advised to return it. I called yesterday. It was told I would get a shipping label sent to my email and then I would get a full refund when I did not get the email. I called again and was told very rude customer service woman that they did send out shipping labels and then I would have to pay to send it back myself. When I asked to speak to supervisor I was hung up on. When I called back, I spoke to a wonderful customer service person whos input me through to a supervisor. That supervisor was horrible, not only did she not give me a shipping label she told me that I could not receive a full refund and was only going to give me 30% Which I was only going to get $15 by $60 back. She said she had no notation I called and was told to keep it past the return date. I pleaded with her can you please return my full refund that she would not budge. She was very rude and kept repeating the same thing over and over. I have been a customer service over 40 years, and have never met anyone that could not try To help the costumer. I am seventy years old, And tired of getting scammed by these Companies on ******** that promise you the world and dont deliver. Everything is in big bold letters, 100% guarantee money back. You have to go searching for the refund policy. Well I did I tried to stay within the refund policy limits. I was told otherwise and look where it got me. If the product would have worked, great, but it didnt! I swear I got more wrinkles in my neck area and what do I have to show for it? I should have received a full refund! This company is not legitimate and no one should have to go to this much trouble to get a full (60 day) refund that THEY ADVERTISE, and my efforts are under 40 days of purchase requesting a refund. Don't waste your money, because you will most certainly be throwing your money away, more importantly your time, which is more valuable.Beverly Hills MD

1 starTerrible company and terrible service.DO NOT get involved. Gort puffy eyes from the strong smell. I sent it back, and now they want to prove I sent it back to do the refund. SO unprofessional. I had ordered the Dermal Repair complex within the past few years. After taking as the prescribed for about 1 month, I ended up with skin blemishes I had never had before, which turned into an abscess that was slowly getting larger. Went to primary MD who quickly got me into a dermatology clinic who were not receiving new patients. The has to inject steroids since it was getting too close to the orbit of my eye (only 1 side of upper cheek). I then saw my ophthalmologist who said I was lucky not to ignore it. Could have had serious consequences with my vision!I had notified the customer service person who told me I must be allergic to the ingredients. He told me to toss the rest & a refund would be issued. Call ended dropped.Never received refund, apology, etc. I have since moved from where I lived at the time. I just want others to beware of this snake oil, the sales people and avoid. I still have a large unsightly area on my left check, that continues to ooze. I cant afford plastic surgery but would love to have my old cheek back.Beverly Hills MD
