On Feb 15, I purchased two custom wigs. My order number is *********. Due to alopecia, i invest in wigs as a way to feel more secure when I need to socialize. This time I spent $1,000+ on two wigs. Consciously, I paid extra to ensure the lace was close to my skin color - medium brown. I also asked to get pics of the wigs before they are shipped because I have had a previous issue with RPG show sending a different wig then what is in the original picture.Despite both wigs looking different then the picture (the *** is not a ***) because it is uneven; I could have handled that and fixed them. But the wig lace I ordered - medium Brown - is nearly white. If I were fair skin, the lace would be natural on me, yet as a dark skin woman light lace is visible. The company keeps trying to convince me the lace I ordered is what is on the wigs but it isnt. I should not have to spray paint the lace if I was provided what was ordered. I even have email confirmation from Them that they have no control over the wig caps color despite advertising on their site we can order medium brown. They have multiple color selections; why advertise that if you cannot produce it?
