    I purchased a wig from them for close to 600. I received the wig and it smelled like a locker room. It had to be cleaned over 15 times over months to get rid of the smell. There was a huge gap in the middle. I informed them, they asked for the wig back. I thought they'd send me a new one. They instead fixed the gap, but made the wig smaller. So now the wig is too small. It was a custome wig. I'm wearing it now, Because of the money that I spent. I already got the smaller wig, so by making it smaller, they made it like s child size head. I will never buy from them again. The quality of the hair is perfect though and it doesn't get tangled.

    I made contact with **** at RPG Show prior to ordering a unit to insure that my request was doable and within a reasonable timeframe. She responded very quickly advising that it could be ready in 4 to 5 days.I placed the order and received pictures of a unit 6 days laternot sure whos unit and was advised that if it was okit would ship and I would get tracking informationthis is the last I heard from them. I have emailed everyday since with no response. Upon checkingthis is ******* new year and it goes on for 15 days. So either this is a scam or they took the money and shut down to party for ******* new year without advising their customers that there would be a delay or how about not accepting the job since I did email them prior to placing the order to make sure it was doable. Bottom linethis company cares nothing whatsoever about their customersonly their moneysave yours and shop somewhere else.
