  Over the course of the last 2 years, I have purchased 3 of the Geminos-T monitors, because they are that great. I have 1 in my home, and 2 in my office. They are perfect for what I do, the touch screen is responsive and I havent had any issues with any of themthat wasnt user error. When I damaged the power connector, I contacted Mobile Pixels for assistance. I very rarely leave reviews, but this company stands behind their product. They requested some information, and sent me a shipping label to send it to them. ***** from their customer service team was *********** responding to my first message, providing updates on the repair, to ensuring I received it once it was sent back. I was truly blown away by the care ***** and the team puts into the product and stand behind it. ****: I broke it, this company took it back, fixed it, and provided updates the whole time, at no cost to me. I will continue to purchase and use their monitors. They have a fan for life.

  After doing research on an extra monitor to my laptop the ratings rated this company number one. I purchased the *************** and want to let everyone know do not waste your money. When you attach the monitor to your laptop the monitor keeps falling down. they do not supply sufficent support for the weight of the item. The design is terrible I have a line going across my screen from a defect in the bexel which scratches my screen everytime I open it I had to sand the bezel down to stop it from scratching but the scratch is permanantly in the screen. Please do your research and dont believe what the you tube person says the worst mistake I did was believing them.
