    I ordered a Mobile Pixels trio monitor in July 2024 (order: *****). The unit has since failed due to a design flaw. On Nov 16, 2024 the unit was returned for repair which they stated would take 10 days. It is now Jan. 1, 2025 (5 weeks later) and I have not heard a word on the repair. Their customer service is abysmal and in the world of business, the disparity between 10 days and 5+ weeks is unforgiveable. The lack of communication makes this even more infuriating.

    I am rejecting this response because this process began in November 2024 and it is now February of 2025. I have been waiting 3 months for a "repair" on a product that I paid for which has been of no use to me for over 90 days. This is disgraceful and an apology does not fix the problem. I will never recommend your company or product to anyone as my livelihood depends on equipment. You have failed me.

    I purchased your product from amazon.com 7/2022, and I now switching it to a different laptop. The laptop that will be using the Duex Lite does Not have a usb C port. I do not see the adapting cable in the box that I kept. I tried using a simple adapter that would take a male usb C and convert it to a male usb a. When I plug it in it does start up, but within seconds say no signal how do I resolve this ?I have sent & called several times, all of which goes unanswered.     I received my order from Mobile Pixels as ordered but the weight of the Trio *** was more than I anticipated. I wanted to return it for the dual screen but I am unable to get anyone to return an email and when you call the number from their website it says their offices are closed. I have been trying every business day for the past week. I dont know what else to do. I purchased an extended warranty as well but really now just want to return the product and get my money back due to the poor customer support.

    We do apologize that we did not update the status here at BBB as we worked with the customer offline and were able to resolve her particular situation within 1-2 days after 12/11/23 (date she filed complaint here). She wanted to return the item she purchased and effectively exchange for a different product.

    I purchased two computer monitors (each with two screens) from this company via Kickstarter. Despite advertising mac functionality, the product never properly functioned with a Mac (The touch-screen functionality never worked, and the driver support was poor; bad refresh rates, bad resolution, bad cable arrangements). They promised new drivers would be released and to remain patient, but, the drivers never adequately solved the issues. They blamed my mac using an old processor (of course they never said any certain processor was necessary) but then after upgrading to a brand new Mac they blamed that processor. Then, last week, one of the screens on one of the monitors stopped functioning. It's an odd problem; the screen is capable of display (shows the logo when booted up) and is recognized by my computer, but otherwise it is non-functional.My last straw: I'm now unable to contact the company to attempt to fix the product. There are no troubleshooting guides, not with the product nor on the site. Their customer service phone number has been going to voicemail, they do not answer emails or tweets and their "submit feedback" option on the website results in an error message.I think this company has bitten off more than they can chew with this product and rushed it to market. They advertised functionality that wasn't there, and still isn't months later, engaging in both deceptive advertising and predatory sales practices, and further made dishonest promises about future functionality, and denied me a refund despite these issues. Finally, I find the complete lack of customer service to be a deceptive business practice, as service was constantly implied to be available.Attached, 3 images. The first proves the items were never functional. The second shows other promised improvements that 4+ months later have not arrived. The third is an automated reply promising to get in touch after the holiday (they have not done so and ignore my emails or calls).

    I purchased a Duex Max Portable Dual Monitor on July 5th 2022. Order #*****. Received shipment confirmation on July 6th 2022 Did not receive a delivered email Physically checked the order on July 14th 2022. The order showed delivered through *************. The tracking info does not show a final delivered address. I have not received my products Mobile Pixels is unresponsive through their live chat and email options. additionally there are no phone contact numbers on their website.
