Refund and Exchange Policy

Refund & Exchange Policy:

If you purchased from a Coverking reseller and it's within 30 days of receiving the merchandise, please contact the reseller to service your return. You will need to obtain a Return Good Authorization number (RGA) before returning. Or if you did not purchase from a reseller or if the product receipt date is beyond 30 days, please submit a support ticket. To get started visit: www.coverking.com/support.

Returns & Warranty Timeline 0-30 Days: You may return product(s) for any reason within the first 30 days from delivery for a partial refund (minus the cost of shipping and a 15% restocking fee). A full refund will only apply if the product is determined to be defective in material or workmanship. If a defect is suspected within the first 30 days from delivery, we will require pictures of the item so our product team may validate the defect and evaluate the cause. Every effort is made to expedite defective evaluations. In the case of a defect within the first 30 days from delivery, Coverking will either return and refund or repair and/or replace the item at our expense.

After the initial 30 days, a 1 to 5 year limited warranty (depending on the fabric choice) is applicable. This limited warranty warrants our products to be free from defects in material or workmanship to the original purchaser for the specified period from the date of delivery. All warranty claims will be evaluated by Coverking. If a determination is made to cover an item under warranty, Coverking will repair or replace the item at Coverking's sole discretion. Refunds will not be issued. The warranty is void if the product has been damaged by accident, misuse, abuse, or other abuses not arising out of defects in material or workmanship and does not cover every day wear and tear. 

Post Warranty Period Service. After the warranty period expires, Coverking offers repair or replacement on a pro-rated basis. To request post warranty repair, please contact Coverking for more detailed warranty repair cost.
