    I purchased a few clothing items from Loragel (Order # LG00128523). on March 27, 2023. Upon receiving the items , I immediately wanted to return them. Due to the clothing not being the same as advertised on the company website. The items had stains on it, poor quality, and cheap. I contacted the company via email and ******** messenger between April 20 - April 28th. The company asked for photos of the items purchased, I complied and emailed the pictures. Initially ******* refused to give me a full refund and offered a 30% money back. I declined the offer and explained, according to the *************** website, " Returns. are excepted within 30days in order to process a full refund. I was sent a return form and the address to return on April 28, 2023. I tracked the package and it was received, but I have yet to receive my refund.I contacted ******* regarding my full refund and received no resolve. Today is July 23, 2023, three months later and i still waiting my guaranteed 100% refund.

    I've been communicating with this company since receiving and returning their merchandise. I've explained on numerous occasions that I no longer have the receipt from the post office. When I tracked the package back.in May, I informed the company it was delivered to them. As a customer I should not be responsible for the tracking in order to receive a refund. What is the purpose of completing a "RMA" return merchandise form that was placed in the package, if it's not being used in their return processing department. I really would like my 100% refund. I am without the merchandise and now without my money. I've followed all the requests from Loragel; inuding sending pictures.

    This company is doing everything to avoid giving customers their refund. There store policy online states full refund if unsatisfied with the clothing. They have totally ripped me off.

    Both items are nothing like advertised. The material is so poor its not even the same color. I want my money back. I just received the order it's way less than 30 days. This is a scam

    I only want 100% of the refund for both items. What is your refund address and policy? Your website says I have 30 days. 

     

    Your prolonged response and tactics are being recorded by the BBB. I want my money back for both items!

    This is my second complaint concerning this company. I have sent over 5 emails to them to return this dress and asked for a return form to get a full refund. The company is not responsive and I want resolution.

    I made a purchase from Loragal that I attempted to return multiple times, as it did not fit and had a rip in the seam and was extremely poor quality. Not only did they fight me on returning the item, despite their clearly stated 30 day return policy, but they asked me to send a picture of me in the garment to prove it did not fit (this cant be legal). After continuing to fight for the simple return address I needed to send the garment back to get my full refund, the item was delivered to their warehouse on April 5th. It is now May 1st and I have not been able to contact anyone in their customer service department as to why I have not yet received my refund. Im using their ********************************** email that is clearly stated on their website, and it was the same email address corresponding with me during the initial return, but they have since gone dark and I have no idea where my money is.

    They have contacted me via email asking for the carrier and tracking number, which I already provided in the email they responded to!!! This seems like complete delay tactics to run me in circles! This is unacceptable! They have also told me they have contacted a colleague to handle the refund, but why cant the customer service representative who is corresponding through the customer service email take care of the refund!? What kind of back alley company is this!!? REFUND MY CREDIT CARD IMMEDIATELY! It has been 30 days since receiving my return item, well over the **** business days it takes to see the refund on my credit card. What is the hold up?

    This was my second time ordering a pair of sneakers from *******. But this was the first time that I did it with bidding from an owner. And it has been the worst experience ever. The sneaker in question on the side of the sneaker, and on the bottom, you can clearly tell that the sneaker was one used and two the bottom of the sneaker looked like it was painted on, or glued together, somehow. and stock Xs buyer protection form is the hardest thing to navigate. I received an email from the customer service with no link or ability to contact anyone in customer service to resolve the issue. I received the shoe on April 5.

    Hi there, I ordered a jumpsuit through Loragal online clothing retail site, and the item I received was a significantly poorer quality than the item advertised. Upon its arrival, I messaged the company about returning the item for a refund. The company would not send me the address to return the item until after I issued a refund demand letter. Then they requested that I send the item back to them with a tracking number (which they did not do for the original order), and then they would inspect the item to determine if they would issue a refund. I am extremely frustrated with the experience and interactions with this company and would like a refund of $44.10 which is the price I paid for the jumpsuit. This company created many barriers to making a refund possible, and I will not be purchases anything from them again. I need the help of the BBB to receive a refund from Loragal.

    Hello, I have ordered some items from a Business called Loragal since November 24, 2022 and till this day December 30, 2022, I have yet received my order. I have contacted them plenty of times and each time they find an excuse to send me away. Last time they told that they have shipped my order which isn't true because the website tells me they are still "preparing for my order". I work hard for my money and I feel as if I don't deserve to be stripped this way. No one does. Please help me if possible.

    Ordered two dresses from their website on 11/05/2022. Order LD80189. Paid ******. Received dresses on 11/25/2022. Dresses were not what was advertised. I know realize they took pictures from custom dress designers on Etsy, and used then on their site. Then sent me extremely poor recreations. I reached out to Loragal for a refund on 11/26/2022, as their refund policy states that refunds will be issued within 30 days of receipt of products. Instead of a full refund, they offered me a 50% gift card.
