Loragal has not been sending my packages and not giving back my refund. They have been scamming ppl for a long time. I just found out. They will take your money and you dont receive your packages and if you do its months later and there website say 3-8 business days. They also send fake tracking numbers that you cant not track. This business is a scam and need to be look into and see how many scams they have committed for possible closure. To protect the consumer from this companyInitial Complaint

I ordered two dresses from loragal on May 13th. I politely sent an email weeks later informing that I've never received my package & can I get a refund. They refuse to give me a refund. Instead they send me a fake tracking site telling me I will receive my package. At this point all I want is my $98.82 back, & whoever runs Loragal is refusing to give me my money back.Initial Complaint

On June 17th I placed an order on line with Loragal for a vacation on July 2nd. Once I realized that their ordering would take up to 3 weeks and reading the reviews after order was placed, I reached out and requested that my order be canceled and refunded as it would not arrive in time, customer service responded ok the 18th stating that the order had already shipped and they could not cancel it. When in fact the order according to tracking on the website said it was still awaiting shipment. They gave me a bogus shipping confirmation that said items had shipped and the website had the items shipped about the 20th or 21st. The tracking information given to me States that the items supposedly arrived in the ** around July 4th, I have been in constant contact with customer service and they have no real time updates to the order, they are claiming that there are delays but when I requested an actual update on shipping as they claim they are keeping a close eye on the shipment. I received no response. I believe this company is a scam. A possible knock off site with no intentions of delivering products.Initial Complaint

I ordered 2 dresses on 5/09/2025 over a month later, I have not received them. I emailed them to complain prior to the dress being shipped and miraculously I received an email with "Your order has shipped" Since running into this issue, I went and looked at the reviews (most are deleted) but if you search the company name on ******** and review posts from others that have been burned, you will see this company is a joke. 3 months or more to receive items and then when they get them they look nothing like the pictures, terrible smell the list goes on and on!Initial Complaint

I placed an order for one item on 04/30/25 and have not yet received item. Website gave timeframe for shipping and delivery and it is beyond that timeframe. I reached out and requested a refunded company is offering a partial refund which i refused. As of present day still have not received single item for event that passed that I needed it for. I placed my order on 4/13/2025 for $143.61 for 5 clothing items. As of today, 5/21, I still do not have my order. They sent a tracking number, which the tracking stops as of 5/2 in ********. Through multiple emails, I have asked where the items were and keep getting different responses, and finally, I requested a refund. The last email states that the package is not in ********, although the tracking information states that. They do not know where the package is and refuse to refund my money, but instead offered me a $20 coupon, which I declined. They have no phone number to reach someone live, and the emails are getting me nowhere.
