    It took two months to deliver. What i got was very poor quality and nothing like the picture. Fake dress I received. So dissatisfied and disappointed.

    This company is useless, cheap material and overall just useless company. I ordered a dress from them in jan. 2025. I checked on my order in April that was when they told me my order was out of stock. I was asked to pick another dress which l did. The dress came 6/28/25. Material is made out of rubber. Extremely low grade. I will never in my wildest dream shop this store again.

    I purchased items totaling $200 on April 24th, it is now 41 days later and I have not received the items or a refund despite emailing them for multiple days. Don't be fooled, this is not a stateside business. I get generic email responses that don't address not receiving the items or the status of a refund."Dear customer, We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.     This was a HORRIBLE experience!!! I ordered a dress for my wedding March *****, the site said 5-7 business days. It is currently May 31st and I still dont have the dress. I have been in constant communication with customer service, but they told me I couldnt get my money back until I received the package; which is totally unfair that I cant return the item and get my money back because they lied on the time it will take to be delivered from *********. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

    I been requesting a refund back for a dress i ordered in February.....i emailed the support team and the keep telling me 7-10 business days well its may 16 still no refund they are a scam!!!

    This site is the worst to deal with. My order took over a month to arrive and the entire order wasnt available. I only found this out when I sent multiple emails to ask about the status of my order as the tracking website was not being updated regularly. When they let me know that one of the dresses I ordered was no longer available they asked if I would like to choose a replacement order. I said no because that would take another month to arrive and the event I needed it for would have passed. Instead of just refunding my money they asked if they could refund a portion of the dress and give me store credit? This they went back and forth with me multiple times before I said please just return my money. They did but that also took 3 weeks and multiple emails as they had to nudge their payment service to effect my refund. When I did receive the rest of my order the dresses looked nothing like the website (the site which I have since found out is just stealing pictures from other more reputable sites) so I sent everything back, Loragal does not cover your return shipping and you are shipping to a warehouse in ********** instead of back to the originator over seas. Once I got over that they gave me the runaround for my refund again. the refund took over a month and multiple follow up emails from me with their standard answers being : "We will contact and urge our financial department to process your refund as soon as possible"Why you are urging your finance department to do something they are bound to do is beyond me. over 30 emails back and forth for this company with horrible shipping, return and customer service practices. Never order from this site
