I emailed apn to call me about canceling the service because i had 2 services doing the same thing. Sent email because i couldnt get ahold of anybody. After 3 and half weeks i got a response to my email apologizing about length of time it took to get back to me. After a phone call exlaining to apn i was canceling service because of me having 2 businesses doing the same thing i thought that was done. I then get couple emails saying to contact them about an urgent matter. I called and said why am i getting messages like this when i canceled them the month prior and what was the the urgent matter at hand that i was needing to address and have messages sent to me like that. I got an apology from the apn person and that was it. Then the next month agiain i was billed again so i called talked to a apn so called mnager who would get back to me after she investigated the issue. She called back and said ***** billed because i had to verbally tell them i was canceling. I ecxplained i did that already she said according to the phone records and emails that i did not. Oh yes i did so i told her i would disput it with my bank and she got pissy and saidthey would provide the phone conversation and i wouldnt get my money back period. Well im certain i verbally canceled the service and no matter what they provide they have people that do there job and document correctly and have all phone conversations avaliable. All this communication thats posted is not accurate. Ive attempted to contact apn again as instructed in the reaponse and yet have been given a call back in return to the response given to first complaint. The information they say is not complete and i did call and talk to a lady to end my services befor the original dates they provide. Misleading Sales Tactics and Unresolved Issues with APNTech Services After receiving multiple calls from APNTech about their voice search service, I agreed to try their service and paid $323 On October 17, 2024. Immediately after paying, I was pressured to purchase additional services, before even seeing any results from the service I just purchased. This felt aggressive and unnecessary.From the start, I had issues signing into the dashboard. To make matters worse, APNTech created a duplicate ****** My Business listing, causing an immediate suspension of my duplicate page. Full disclosure my first page was already suspended. They said they could help me with that suspension as well. I had to hire an outside company to correct the issue, costing me additional time and money.I reached out to APNTech's tech support for help, waiting several days without a response. After multiple follow-up calls from my end, I finally asked for a refund on November 4, 2024, due to the lack of assistance and the problems their service caused. I was told I am not eligible for a refund, but no clear explanation was given for this refusal.Since APNTech refused to refund me, *** had to dispute the charge through my bank. I am also concerned about potential future charges, and I intend to take legal action if any additional charges occur.Based on this experience and the complaints I have since seen about this company, I believe APNTech engages in misleading business practices and is possibly a scam company. I have spoken to my lawyer and based on my experience with them I have the right to make these claims and this is what I have experienced. At apnTech, we provide voice search registration services, enabling businesses to be found on platforms like ****** Home and ****** This service does not include managing individual ****** Business Profiles or offering marketing services, as clarified with the customer.
The customer contacted us regarding his ****** Business Profile, and we guided him on accessing his account settings. We explained that our voice registration service typically completes within 30 days, after which a refund could be considered if the registration were unsuccessful. However, as only 16 days had passed since his purchase, we advised him to wait for completion to assess refund eligibility.
The customer chose not to wait and disputed the charges with his bank directly. Additionally, we want to note that when ******s sensitivity causes issues like suspensions, we are always willing to help clients with guidance to resolve such matters.

In April of this year I signed up for ********************* with this company. I was assured more than once, as I asked more than once if this was a one-time purchase. I was assured they would do it for no additional fees. Their website showed monthly fees and I told them I did not want to be paying them monthly for unknown results. The person I was on the phone with assured me there would be no additional fees. I recently discovered they were billing my credit card $149 a month. My most recent statement shows $199 paid to them. We hired APN to do our SEO search engine optimization for our ****** account or ****** page that we have for our cleaning business. We started off really well with communication once a month or two on our ****** page and with what *** was doing for our monthly fee we were paying and are still paying every month for since 2021 we have been paying them $197 dollars per month for them to do our search engine optimization on our ****** account. Since then they havent returned our phone calls or emails that we and my business partner have sent them. They were supposed to call us once a month on the progress of our ****** account and they did that for maybe 4 months and ever since then theyve never responded back to us and we continue to pay them for doing absolutely nothing because I have proof of the fact they have not been working on our ****** account for over two years now so I want to either get a refund for this year and I will just forget about the previous year that we have paid them for and got nothing in return for our money. So we are asking them to either get with the program and start calling us each month or two on the details of promoting our ****** account or they can stop charging us for the service that they obviously arent providing us but we are requesting a refund for some of our money that we have spent with them and they havent kept up with what they said that they being *************** hasnt been doing for our business. Buyers Beware! I would give a zero star review if I could. This is the worst company I've ever dealt with. If you decide to cancel and ask for a refund, they will make you wait 3 weeks and then tell you that you're not eligible for a refund because "we did our job." There is no way all these positive ****** reviews are legit reviews from real people. I've reached out to ApnTech twice, and each time they refused to issue me a refund. I got bamboozled into paying for a phantom useless service. Their pushy sales team lure you to sign up for the voice search service and make all these fancy promises to boost your business online presence until you find out it's a bunch of rubbish, and then good luck trying to get your money back.Business Response

When we last spoke with the customer, we advised her on how to resolve a suspension issue with her ****** Business Profile and guided her to submit an appeal, which typically takes between 5 to 30 days. Additionally, we informed her that a **** account was necessary for us to complete the diagnostic and registration. The customer declined to create a Yelp account, and we explained that without it, we could not finalize the registration process. We were under the impression from our last communication in August that the customer no longer needed further assistance with these tasks, as outlined in our email and support ticket. Based on our records, you had a conversation with our agent ****** on September 10th, 2024, where we discussed canceling your **************** However, during that conversation, there was no mention of canceling your Prime Listings, which is a separate service. As a result, the charges for Prime Listings have continued, and your account currently has a past due balance for the bill on October 3rd, 2024.
Please note that even if you intend to cancel, the balance for the billing period remains valid and needs to be settled. Our billing system processes payments based on the start of each billing cycle, which is why this charge is still active.
If you'd like to move forward with canceling your Prime Listings as well, we are happy to assist with that. However, we will need to address the outstanding balance before finalizing any cancellations.

I spoke to a voice search company called APNtech regarding voice search services. I was informed by ***** that the when I pay the $298.00 I would be registered with voice search on three platforms. I was not informed that you had to pay an *********** to be in the top five when searched by consumers. I was under the impression that was part of the money I was paying. I found out that the money is only to register yourself on the voice searches and it doesn't have anything to do with the rankings. Mis leading and mis-information. I requested my money back from ****** who argued with me and let him know that I do not want to pay an *********** for this to work and that I was misinformed by his sales staff. He stated he was unable to refund due to the process being started, but I didn't start anything yet as I was waiting for the onboarding to set up. I also don't see my business name when I search. I tried numerous times to contact the company by phone and each time I would be connected with someone of hispanic origin that I had difficulty understanding and/or I would ask to speak to a manager. Each time I was told there was not one available at the moment. When I originally paid I spoke to a man that was American and took about an hour of my time telling me that soon everyone will be using voice search to find small businesses.
