I was talked into this service not knowing that I already had this service through my wifes company so I do not need it. We called back within an hour, the SAME DAY, of providing my basic information and (we were supposed to "finish" setting up my account the next day - I had a call scheduled and everything). I was not told the cancellation terms and conditions and my account isnt even fully set up, and I was already charged. I havent signed a contract, the cancellation terms werent communicated to me prior to the sale, and I dont need the service, and I WANT A REFUND.Business Response

Called to have a conference call and the agent was not able to supply the proof of what we paid for. ****** was requested 3 days after buying the service and the company will not give our $1k back. We will be filing with **** as well.Business Response

Our records show that after your purchase, our team immediately began processing your Voice Search Registration. As part of our policy, we allow for a 34 week setup and registration window. During this period, active work is being completed on your behalf, which is why we typically do not offer refunds once services have started.
When you called to express dissatisfaction with the upsell conversation, we attempted to clarify any concerns you had. However, when asked for more details regarding any alleged misrepresentations, you declined to elaborate and instead requested a full refund. We also made multiple attempts to follow up with you to help resolve the matter, but have not received a response.
We remain committed to supporting you and completing your Voice Search Registration as promised. However, per the signed terms of service and standard operating procedures, a full refund is not available at this time. If you would like, we are happy to provide a full status update of your registration progress.

I worked with APNTech to help us get on voice searches for Siri and ****** We paid roughly $695 to have the program set up. However, after months the program does not work or bring our company up on Siri or ***** in my market. I have asked for a refund. Rather than refunding us for the lack of service, ****** is giving me screen shots of ****** and Bing searches that show our company listed. I'm paying them specifically for voice searches on ************* We pay another company to get us listed on ****** and ****** Maps. This is not what we paid ****** for. ****** is using ****** and Bing to try and justify our placement. Does nothing for voice recognition on Siri or ****** which is what we DID pay him for.They have a bait an switch style of program with hard selling after the initial set up. When they scheduled a teams meeting to get the initial set up done, I asked if this was to push additional sales. They said no, but the invite to the meeting stated "****** ****-client knows its a sales call. tried to pass it off as walkthrough".They don't provide the services they claim to provide. I truly wanted to be set up on our area for voice searches in **** and ****** I will be attaching PDF's of the emails and their own refund policy for your review. Its important to distinguish between these services. Our goal is to ensure your business is properly submitted and discoverable by name on voice-enabled devices. This includes working with the platforms that fuel Siri (Apple Maps/Yelp), Alexa ************ and Google Assistant. We have fulfilled those responsibilities based on the scope of the program you selected.
Screenshots provided by our team demonstrate your business is active and can be found via voice commands through these systems. While you may be working with another provider for general online search visibility or SEO, that is not part of the voice search service you enrolled in with us.

I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the services provided by ***. In 2022, my business paid $698.00 upfront, plus an additional $99 per month, for voice service and search optimization. During the sales pitch, I was verbally assured that *** would handle all voice search services, including compatibility with Siri, ******, and ****** However, despite these promises, my business was never successfully listed or functional on any of these advertised voice search platforms.After numerous attempts to resolve this issue, I found the customer service to be utterly unhelpful. Once youre a paying customer, it seems no one is willing to assist. When I explicitly expressed my dissatisfaction and requested a refund, I was met with excuses and a complete runaround. This experience has led me to believe that *** may be engaging in deceptive practices and potentially scamming customers. I strongly advise others to avoid doing business with this company. We appreciate the opportunity to respond to Mr. ******** concerns. Our goal at *** is to provide high-quality digital services and support to all of our clients.
Mr. ******* enrolled in two services with us: voice search management and website hosting. While we regret that his experience has not met his expectations, it is important to note that our team made numerous attempts to assist him and explain the scope and functionality of the services provided.
We have documentation of multiple interactions with Mr. ******* in which our team remained professional despite repeated use of profanity, personal insults, and interruptions that made it difficult to communicate effectively. We attempted to clarify the terms of service, including the standard industry practice of managing website content on the client's behalf rather than providing backend credentials, which Mr. ******* strongly opposed.
As of now, Mr. ******* remains an active client with a website hosting package. We are more than willing to continue providing support for this service should he choose to maintain it. Regarding his refund request, our records show that services were rendered, and our team fulfilled the contractual obligations. Therefore, a refund is not warranted.
We are committed to respectful and constructive communication and remain open to assisting Mr. ******* with his current service, should he wish to proceed in a professional manner.

Singed up on 02/12/25- Paid over $1800.00. Stated that I will be on voice search, will have own dashboard that I am able to track daily, I am able to update my company information on my own. As soon as I signed up that whole dashboard was an absolute LIE. Then they state that your assigned customer service manager is able to update the information. Which is ALSO a LIE, Then I am told that the IT developers are the ones that have to update it. I said okay how am I going to track what you do that is whole point is to have the ability to see what is happening. Then I am told that I will receive a print out. I said okay great that sounds nice. But they don't automatically send it to you. You have to email them and request to have it sent. I requested that this be sent to me weekly. I was told by a supervisor that there wouldn't be much of a change week to week. So its not necessary to send weekly. They promise and don't deliver then when you want proof they all the sudden add things the same day you call and complain. I called today 03/31/25 stating I want a refund which I was told was NOT going to happen because they have actually done a lot for me. If you look at the entries are mostly from the day I started 02/12/25 and then on 03/31/25 when I said I want a refund. The other entry on 02/13/25 and 02/20/25. *** stated that they will cancel but I won't get a refund. You enrolled on 02/12/2025, and since then, we have delivered the services outlined in your agreement, including submission to over 80 voice search and directory platforms. Your dashboard access was provided, and it allows you to log in and update your business information at any time. Stating that this is untrue is incorrect.
Its important to understand that while you can make updates, the visibility of these changes depends on when each third-party platform refreshes their data. Many platforms update within 30 days, while ****** can take up to 90 days. These timelines are outside of our control, but our system is actively submitting verified data feedsnot passively waiting for changes to occur. This ensures your information is consistently being pushed and maintained across all platforms.
Regarding performance tracking, we provide reports upon request and have done so at your request. These reports reflect real-time progress and show consistent activity beyond just your complaint dates. While weekly reports are not sent automatically, they are available as needed.
As previously explained, due to services being rendered as agreed, a refund is not applicable. We remain available to continue supporting your account and assisting with any ongoing updates or needs.Initial Complaint

On February 5, 2025 I paid $298.00 to APN Voice Search to be listed on several voice searches for my sharpening service. I have received NO results and no contact from ***. On 1/7 this company took 400$ to issue voice results for my company. Theyve provided no results. No service. I dont appear in voice searches. All their data and diagnostics is arbitrary and based on no validity or no measurable results. Tried to take 1500$ more from me. On or about February 17, 2025 we contacted *** after a ****** search on how to get our business registered on Apple Maps. They advertised that they provided that service. They called and requested an appointment with an "account manager" that would explain the service to us. On or about February 20, 2025 we spoke again with ***, was sold a package for $698 to have our business listed with Apple Maps with voice search. After the payment was taken, was then informed on that call that this person could not complete the setup and we would need to speak with the "account manager" to have the service completed. So an appointment was setup for 3 -4 days later. We received that call and was told we were sold the wrong package and to get the business setup on Apple Maps and voice search, we would need to pay an additional $798 right now. We requested to do some research, consult with our partner and come back. But the *** *** insisted that if we didn't pay on this call, we would forfeit what we paid and it would then be another $1,500. So the additional payment of $798 was paid on this call. But again after the payment was taken we were told that this person could not complete the service and we would need to speak to an "account manager" and another appointment was setup. After we got off the phone with this person, we called customer service who didn't help. Our business is still not on Apple Maps or any voice search.Business Response

On 1/21/25 I provided $425 payment to apnTech Prime Listings to get my new business entity searchable via voice search. On 1/22/25, after reading several BBB complaints regarding apnTech being referred to as a scam, I called seeking a refund. I was told I had to wait 30 days to see if my business is located once a search is completed. On 2/21/25 I called to request my refund and was denied because my business listings across yelp and ****** have inconsistencies and they cannot be held responsible for these complications. I have attached an email I received after requesting the refund stating that I should receive an email update in ***** business days once your business is voice Search Ready. Mr. ****** purchased our ********************************* for $425 on January 21, 2025, to register his business for voice search platforms. On January 22, 2025, he requested a refund after reading online reviews. Per our policy, we advised him to allow 30 days for the process to be completed before determining eligibility for a refund.
On February 21, 2025, Mr. ****** followed up regarding his refund. Our records show that his ****** Business Profile was not verified, and his Yelp listing contained inconsistencies, both of which impact voice search registration. These factors were communicated to him, along with guidance on how to resolve them so we could proceed with finalizing his registration.
We understand Mr. ******* frustration and regret any miscommunication regarding follow-up emails. While we are unable to issue a refund due to these unresolved listing issues, we remain committed to assisting him in completing the necessary steps to ensure his business is properly registered for voice search.
