    I placed an online order on 07/03/2024 for 7 prepared meals to be delivered by July 13th. It would have been the start of a weekly meal subscription and the price of $65.06 was a promotional new-subscriber price. The meals never got delivered. I contacted ***************************** 4 times by email and Web chat--there is no phone number listed on their website--and I have received only return emails confirming that they had received my "request" and that they were experiencing an "influx of communications." I have never received a direct or personal response. In my last email to them (dated July 18) I asked for a refund. I never received a refund and I still have not heard back about any of the issues I've experienced. For a while when I logged into my account, I was able to see my order status which had not changed, even though the dates were old and had already passed. Now, I get server errors when I click on the login button. See attached screen shots.

    I have been a customer of the ***************************** food subscription service since February 2023. I enjoyed the service until recently. I did not receive my last shipment on 7/13/24. I sent an email inquiry to the company and I never received a response. Since that time there have been no notifications regarding placing the order for the next week. Moreover, there has been no other communication. I went looking for answers online. I found an article that described the abrupt closure of the company ************** article - . **********************************************************************************************************************************************) I tried to login to my account and I'm getting a "SSL Handshake Failed" message. Has the company closed? If so, how do I get my $64.95 refund for the last missed delivery?

    I ordered my routine order on July 2, 2024 for 5 meals. My credit card was charged $79.06.. I received this email, copied below. I have yet to receive my meals. I emailed and called the company - their voice mail box was full and not accepting messages. I think the company went under, but have had no communication from them. Very sad.     I placed an order on 7/4 (order #: **********). I never received the meals. I emailed the company on 7/15 and never received a response. I disputed the charge with ***** and it was resolved in my favor. I cancelled that meal plan. I still have an open account that Id like closed. I am done doing business with this company. They send me the wrong meals with every order. They always make it right, but this isnt convenient. I want the company to cancel my entire account and provide a written confirmation that I will not be charged again. Their website has been down for several days so I cannot cancel my own account. Id like confirmation from the business that my account is closed and canceled.

    My credit card was charged for a meal delivery box on 7/2/24. My meal box was supposed to be delivered on 7/13/24. I never received my delivery or any tracking information. I reached out to FreshnLean multiple time via email and phone with zero response. I wanted a refund for the box that was never delivered.

    I subscribed to ****************************** received confirmation of a single subscription in my email and proceeded to pick what I thought were my meals for the next 3 weeks. I later discovered that I had somehow set up 3 subscriptions (despite receiving only one confirmation in my email) It took several attempts by email and chat but ultimately reached customer service who told me they were cancelling the other 2 accounts (though I was on the hook for the "first week" purchase). After receiving the meals (3 days after the Friday delivery timing) I again reached out to customer service to determine if the meals would be ok to eat at that time. I never heard back. My roommate and I both tried the meals which were inedible. I have since made multiple attempts to reach customer service to request the refund stated I am entitled to on their website (both based on the time of delivery and my dissatisfaction with them) and have to this day never received any response. I have screen shots of the wording on their website indicating I am eligible for a refund, I also have the confirmation emails from them indicating they received my multiple requests but have never received any refund or information regarding a resolution

    I placed my first order with Fresh n' Lean on July 6th. It was supposed to be delivered July 13th. I never received a shipping email and the 13th came and went. I never received my package. I reached out to the company over email and thru chat and still have no received a response. I sent another email today. This has been such a nightmare. i just want my subscription canceled and my money refunded.

    I signed up for fresh and lean meal delivery at the beginning of this month. At one point the website said that there was an issue with the vendors and that the business has been shut down. I canceled my plan but my credit card was still charged on 7/5 and l never received any meals. I emailed the company on 7/15, and called and left voice messages on 7/12, 7/15, and 7/16 with no response. If you go to the website now you can still try to sign up for the plans, it doesn't mention that the company has been shut down.

    07/03/2024 @ 6:10 pm. 15 ready to heat meals where shipped. They arrived at my home on 07/08/2024 @ 4:01 pm. The meals were 79.8 I have pictures of the meals with arrival temp from a heat gun. All meals were also included in a picture to display what had occured. I have reached out to the company multiple times by chat, email and phone call with no response. I like the company and will continue to use them with proper response from them

    company owes me money for a damaged open box shipment of food delivery. company has charged me for a second delivery worth $150 that was never delivered! it was scheduled for July 13th Saturday but never delivered . company will not respond to my emails and this company does not list a phone number on their website to contact them, only and email address.
