    I subscribed just prior to the business ceasing it's operations and never received any refund or goods from the company. For lack of a better word, I have been scammed, or perhaps swindled. A refund for all money sent to this company would be ideal, as it would match the goods and services received.

    I place an order for food delivery in good faith on July 3, 2024. I received an order confirmation on the same day, Order #**********. A few days later I read that the company had been purchased by someone who then fired all employees and closed the doors. I emailed and called the business numerous times with no actual response, just a computer-generated reply which read: "Thank you for reaching out to ****************************** Your request has been received! Due to an influx of communications, we are experiencing unusually high wait times for calls and email correspondence. If this is an urgent request, please feel free to reach out via chat here: *************************************************************." I have requested a refund for the $151.90 that I paid on July 3, 2024. I went with this company because they ship to ****** where I am a 70-year-old, semi-retired woman who cannot afford to spend money frivolously. I just read online that the company is no longer in business. I would really like to get my money back!

    Two charges: 6/28/24 for $121.41 and 7/3/24 for $121.41 totaling $242.82 First order received thawed/no good. Was told via automation I would receive a refund. Never received.Second order never received. Could not get in touch with company, would not answer phone, website was down.Called to dispute with credit card company on 7/25/24, within 60 days. No luck, because my CC was registered with company so I needed to remove it. Could not do this as the website was gone.I have had no success getting in touch with ***************************** and my credit card company is no help.Please advise me as to what else I can do or what other information I can provide.

    Refund me To ******************************** Jul 10 Jul 10 at 11:41 AM 4 attachments After canceling my account meals were still sent to me. I was sure to cancel before they were sent so I would not be charged. The meals arrived in a beat up box, warm and stinky. Most the seals on the meals were broken. I was hoping to wait til morning to take them to the garbage, but the smell was so awful I could not have them in my home. I have attached photos/video and expect a full refund and no further meals sent to me. I have made several attempts since July 10, 2024 to resolve this matter and only receive an automated response saying someone will be in touch. I have had no contact from anyone personally.

    I started a subscription plan with ***************************** on July 3, 2024. I chose my meals to be delivered on July 13, 2024. The week before the delivery was made, I was charged $57.96 to my credit card, but we also had Hurricane ***** touch down here in *******. When our delivery did not arrive, I wasnt too concerned - I assumed service had been suspended in my area because of the storm. Over the next couple weeks, I went to the ***************************** website to check for new meals to order or replace my first order. No new meals ever appeared, but my account with my credit card attached was still on the site, and everything seemed in order to me.Now I see that the company was closed overnight as of July 12, 2024 through a **** article online ********************************************************************************************************************************************** It would be nice to have $57.96 credited back to my account, but I am also very concerned about my credit card information - do they still have my account info saved somewhere? Can I get a direct confirmation from the nonexistent company that they dont have access to it? I contacted their **************** via email, to no avail obviously.I understand that I will probably never get any information from *****************************, based on the **** article details, but I felt like I needed to report this, if just to warn others.

    I signed up with them back in June i paid $134.90 from my bank on july 3rd. I never got any food delivered and i have emailed fresh N lean 3x time with no responds. i need a refund in full

    After months of using this service they sent me the wrong meals. Not a small amount but half of my order was incorrect. When i filed a complaint with them i received one auto email and then never received any response from them regarding the matter and its now been about 2 months. The only number i have for it since the login portal is down is my complaint number was ******

    This is a food delivery company. The food was good. The first order I received 9 out of ************************************************* for the missing meal ***** has not recd it). Second order I recd 2 incorrect meals. It's like they went out of business about second week of July. No answers to several emails. Meals can't be ordered. Site appears frozen. Havent recd third order. Shows selected, but never left warehouse according to tracking. When you call the phone you just get busy signal. I informed **** that I should not be billed for more than 2 orders.

    I placed an order on July 3rd and the amount of $89 was withdrawn from my bank account on July 4th. The order continuously showed as being processing for shipping however nothing was sent. I sent several emails and I Did not receive a response nor the items I paid for. I would like a refund in full.

    FRESH N LEAN - PAID FOR A RECURRENT ************ AND NEVER GOT IT, NO ANSWER TO MY PHONE CALLS, GOES INTO BUSY SIGNAL, NOT RETURNING MY EMAILS. 3 WEEKS GONE BY.
