    I joined Fresh and Lean to receive prepared meals to help save time. The meals were well balanced and help relieve my hunger. Multiple times the meals arrived room temperature and tasted rotten. This changed my appetite and the meals made my stomach turn. I changed my status to skip meals and they continued to send them. I then canceled my membership and skip delivery and they still sent the meals to me. I was not able to pick the meals because I skipped them and have had to throw them away because they arrive warm and the vacuum seal broken.

    I do see that one of our Customer Experience Advocates, *****, issued two refunds for you this past Friday 10/14. Each refund was for a total of $64.95. You should be seeing those refunds post back to your bank statement soon. 

    We did have some technical issues on our side recently regarding the online dashboard's "skip" feature that was allowing for skips to be submitted after the Saturday 12pm PST cutoff time. Our web development team worked hard on resolving this issue, and it was since been fixed and working properly. But I'm very sorry that you were affected by this. I definitely understand how frustrating it is to pay for and receive an order you did not expect or want. I'm glad to see that ***** was able to assist and ensure that you were compensated for those orders.
