DO NOT ORDER WARNING DO NOT ORDER from this company. Worst buying / ordering experience Ive ever had from a *** company. After placing my order almost a week latter Im told it shipped but I would have to arrange the rest of the shipping and acquire my own broker and figure out the logistics using their shipper. Tracking number did not work so I called the shipper they insist on using XPO and was told not my package has not been picked up just a label created. All this time I could not get a email or text response from Auto Addict even right after they messaged me that I would need to do all this. I sent several messages saying just cancel my order this is ridicules. So what do you know I get zero response and they ship it 2 days after I tell them not to then told oh can get it back and charge you the $300 US shipping. What a scam. I then had to take 2 days off work as they threatened to just deny delivery and charge me. One day of to deal with getting a broker and filling all that out then it comes the day they are going to deliver and I get a call saying oh we drive a transport cant deliver it to your address. Like wtf I order huge items all the time never had this issue. Had to take an other day off to drive 20min each way to pick it up. So on top of the big price I already payed for the extra shipping and duty now Im out an other $800 for time off and driving my truck to pick it up. What a gong show Now finally after all this get to the install with zero instructions only half the mounting hardware and it does not even fit properly. Message them for help and they have no idea what Im talking about totally no help at all.
