DO NOT ORDER WARNING DO NOT ORDER from this company. Worst buying / ordering experience Ive ever had from a *** company. After placing my order almost a week latter Im told it shipped but I would have to arrange the rest of the shipping and acquire my own broker and figure out the logistics using their shipper. Tracking number did not work so I called the shipper they insist on using XPO and was told not my package has not been picked up just a label created. All this time I could not get a email or text response from Auto Addict even right after they messaged me that I would need to do all this. I sent several messages saying just cancel my order this is ridicules. So what do you know I get zero response and they ship it 2 days after I tell them not to then told oh can get it back and charge you the $300 US shipping. What a scam. I then had to take 2 days off work as they threatened to just deny delivery and charge me. One day of to deal with getting a broker and filling all that out then it comes the day they are going to deliver and I get a call saying oh we drive a transport cant deliver it to your address. Like wtf I order huge items all the time never had this issue. Had to take an other day off to drive 20min each way to pick it up. So on top of the big price I already payed for the extra shipping and duty now Im out an other $800 for time off and driving my truck to pick it up. What a gong show Now finally after all this get to the install with zero instructions only half the mounting hardware and it does not even fit properly. Message them for help and they have no idea what Im talking about totally no help at all.

I sent my 2022 ZL1 off to *** for a full custom build. I spent a ton of money with the company. My car looks absolutely gorgeous, they did a very good job. The problem I have with this company is how horrible they are with communication. Initially, *** will seem responsive and treats you like you are a top customer. Eventually that will fade and he will dodge your calls, not respond and leave you waiting days, if not weeks, to respond. My car was supposed to have been there for 6 weeks. Allegedly *** had ordered all of the parts I needed for my car prior to me shipping it out to them but there was always an issue with a part not fitting, etc... My car ended up staying there for 2 1/2 months!! Once my car was delivered back to me, it was damaged. *** made a lot of excuses about taking too long to file a claim. The company didn't read the contract they had with the transport company and when I contacted them to collect on the claim, they told me I waited too long and the company wasn't going to honor the claim anymore. That's not my problem, I paid Auto Addict $2300 to ship my car back to me, they should have been familiar with the claim process. *** (the owner), after some back and forth, finally agreed to give me $825 out of the $1025 in damages. I agreed to settle and then he ghosted me. I still haven't heard back from him. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company to get my money back. This company is very shady and do not let the good attitude that *** initially displays, fool you. This company will ghost you and run from their responsibilities!! BEWARE!!!
