    I called levoit customer service to let them know that an air purifier we bought wasn't turning on, I sent in video of the problem along with model number to get replacement and was told they would look into it and resolve issue the next day. I didn't hear from them so I called two day's in a row and finally got a response saying the unit that wasn't working was discontinued and they didn't have a replacement because out of stock. I wrote back to them asking if the could replace with similar unit since they offer a 2 yr warranty, it's been 3 days and still haven't gotten a response. I would like a replacement honored or we will never purchase there products again. The customer service is really poor with REMOVEDgetting back to you or resolving issues.

    We hope that you are doing well. When reviewing the information on your case, we do see that you have one of the LVH131S-RXW. The 131 product line is discontinued and we no longer have replacement options available for this unit. While this is the case, I was able to review case REMOVEDto find the information provided. I was able to locate the REMOVEDsticker and video to determine if any troubleshooting is available. Due to this item being older, the invoice was not requested as this may be outside of the 2-year warranty period. I see that you had an additional call with our team discussing that the purchase may have been from either REMOVEDor REMOVED

    If you are able to find the invoice, we can check to see if there are any resolutions available with that information. Please note that the items do come with a 2-year warranty from the date of delivery so we are unable to guarantee any resolutions, but we would be happy to see if there is anything we can do.

    I am filing a complaint against Levoit regarding a defective humidifier and the companys failure to honor its warranty in a reasonable and timely manner.I purchased a Levoit Superior 6000S Smart Evaporative Humidifier from REMOVED, which stopped working within approximately two months of purchase, well within the manufacturers warranty period (nearly two years remaining). The unit failed during peak winter usage, when a humidifier is essential for my household.When I contacted Levoit customer support, the experience has been extremely frustrating and inconsistent. After multiple back and forth since last 2 weeks, Levoit is now refusing to ship a replacement, claiming the item is out of stock for 13 months. This claim is demonstrably inaccurate, as the exact same model is currently available for immediate delivery on Levoits own website, as well as major retailers like REMOVEDand REMOVED. Waiting 13 months makes the replacement effectively useless, as the seasonal need for a humidifier will have passed by then.Despite the product clearly being under warranty and publicly available for purchase, Levoit has declined to offer a timely replacement or a reasonable alternative, such as reimbursement or advance replacement. Their proposed resolution places all burden and inconvenience on the customer and fails to align with standard warranty expectations.I am requesting that Levoit either:1. Ship a replacement unit immediately, or 2. Allow me to purchase the unit directly and reimburse the full cost.I am submitting this complaint due to Levoits failure to provide a fair, timely, and transparent warranty resolution for a product that failed prematurely.

    Purchased a Classic 300S Humidifier that leaked and caused significant water damage.With original receipt sought a refund. Was told only a replacement, but over and over again customers note even the replacements leak and this IS our second unit already!It has barely over two stars average in reviews with countless complaints of leaks and replacement unit leaks. Suggested an air purifier to replace instead, but was denied and recently read there was a huge HEPA disqualification and LAWSUITS! affecting the brand anyway for deceptive REMOVEDthis point ONLY seeking a refund. Our health is important to us.

    I reached out a month ago about this issue and have been promised resolution numerous times now with nothing as of yet.

    In January 2025 I purchased two Levoit Dual 150 humidifiers, model LUH-D302-WUS. Following the purchase, I completed the product warranty registration for both. The one I am having an issue with is B/N: LE0023842247. I do not know which warranty confirmation applies to this device - REMOVEDor REMOVED. One of these humidifiers I purchased from REMOVEDand the other from REMOVED. I have provided this information and PDFs of invoices from both purchases via email to Levoit customer support REMOVEDand never received a response. The initial email was sent on November 17. I have tried calling Levoit customer service (at REMOVED) several times and just end up in an endless music loop waiting for an agent to pick up. Levoit promotes their 2 year warranty but has had awful response rates for supporting customers in need. The problem I need resolved: I would like a new, functioning humidifier. The humidifier makes a humming noise when plugged in, without the dial turned on. And when the dial is turned on, nothing happens - no mist comes out the top anymore.

    Purchased an item directly from Levoit's website on June 3rd, 2025. Item was not compatible with our in-home air purifier. Submitted a request to return the item on August 28, 2025 via the customer service support email. Company accepted the return and I sent back the item via the REMOVEDlabel they provided me. It has been over 2 months since the return and the company has still not refunded me the money ($59.99) though I have had numerous emails from their team. One falsely claimed the return was already addressed (no return to the credit card I purchased the item from) and another said they were still working on resolving the issue. Since the last time I received an email from them (October 28, 2025), I have emailed them two or three times without any reply.

    My home humidifier stopped working within the warranty period. A replacement was sent in February 2025, but unfortunately, that unit has now failed as well.Per their instructions, I cut the electrical cord and submitted a photo as proof that the product is inoperable. However, I received the following response:Upon careful review, we found that the batch number from the initial sticker label photo you provided does not match the batch number from the cut cord photo submitted. This discrepancy prevents our team from approving your claim.I would like to clarify that the cord I cut is from the same humidifier shown in the photo I submitted. I have no knowledge of the batch number referenced, and the implication that my submission was inaccurate is concerning and not appreciated.I am requesting that the warranty be honored by sending a replacement unit or issuing a full refund.

    I am on my second stick vacuum. This one, the battery will not charge, stay charged or work. Reached out to them. At first everything was going well. Then I get a reply, email, that my screenshot isn't sufficient for the order/replacement. When they have all that information already.

    I purchased a Levoit cordless vacuum from Levoit in May 2025. It failed to turn on in September 2025. I took it apart, cleaned it as directed and tried again. I called the company and told them my problem. They agreed to send me a new one as it is still under warranty. Since then I have had a very unpleasant experience with REMOVEDrequesting a number of different things from me over a period of three or more days. Each time I sent her what was asked for, it wasnt right. Today I called customer service and REMOVEDanswered. I was very upset with her and did raise my voice. Mainly because she told me that it was not true that I had sent her the correct sticker. I sent what she asked for each time. I did misunderstand that she wanted video of it not turning on. I have now apologized for raising my voice and sent her what she said she wanted again. Prior to that she hung up on me. I have never had such an unpleasant experience with another company.

    This air purifier shouldn't be sold it's not a hepa filter, causes cancer and cord has lead in it. Store wouldn't refund money because I accidentally threw the box away. I bought the mini one I have asthma what a mistake.

    I thought I purchased a HEPA air purifier as the listing did say it was a HEPA air purifier and it is #1 in "HEPA Filter Air Purifier" on REMOVED. But it is NOT a HEPA Filter Air Purifier. I purchased this for health concerns for my kids and for a year I thought I was using a HEPA air purifier but I was not. Could you please refund the 2 units and 2 filters I purchased as I will need to purchase a REAL HEPA Filter Air Purifier?I have ordered 2 of these units and 2 replacement filters.
