    I would leave negative stars if I could. This is the worst accounting interface I have ever had the displeasure of using. I had to wait TWO WEEKS for them to reset my MFA. This caused me to miss crucial deadlines and directly affected my work performance. I worked with at least 5 different people and still this took two *********** I found out that not only did my payment arrival date to my vendor get pushed from 6/3 to 6/16 (with NO NOTICE!), but "the system" went in and changed the method of payment from check (normal method) to "virtual card" (stupid method that no vendor prefers). This is deeply concerning and, frankly, embarrassing. Avoid Bill.com. The money you save is not worth all of the errors and mistakes. You get what you pay for.

    This is such a deceptive company. They don't offer their promotions and ghost you. Never worked with a company this bad before. AVOID!

    I signed up for a Bill.com account for my business, *********, after being invited by a client (E Street ***) to use their platform for payments. After creating my account, I never even had the chance to use the platform no invoices, no transactions. Without warning, I received an email stating my account was deactivated and canceled based on a review of the account and activity. However, I never had any activity or transactions to review.Ive contacted Bill.com support multiple times to ask for an explanation and to request reinstatement, but I have not received a clear reason or a helpful response. My account was completely terminated without the opportunity to resolve or clarify any concerns. This has disrupted my ability to work with my client, and I urgently need this issue resolved.I am requesting:A clear, detailed explanation for the account closure.Reinstatement of my 7thAvenew account.Assurance that my business can continue using Bill.com as intended.I appreciate BBBs assistance in helping me resolve this matter.Thank you,******* ****** 7thAvenew

    I am on the receiving end of Bill. My client approved payment 9 days ago and said that we would receive it on Tuesday. Well today is Wednesday and it has not been received. I called my client and he said their account said it was paid to us and he actually told me I was wrong. Not correct. Then he came back and said that we should receive it by Friday. Who knows if we will receive it or not but why does it take ******** days to pay us. All I can think of is that they are slowing payments to collect interest. My client said this is a lot better than them mailing a check and I politely disagreed. We write checks and tell our clients that we can mail them or they can come and pick them up. No one minds coming over and getting a big check. EVER! Nor do I. I asked him to write me a check and I would come over and he said no, you will have to wait. In the meantime I paid all of my consultants thinking I was getting paid and now I am in a jam. Thanks BILL!

    A customer suggested I use ******************** to get paid and so I created an account. My customer paid my invoice on April *********, and although the payment has cleared on my customers end, ******************** continues to hold my money in limbo (to continue collecting interest on their end) for 9 days now. In the mean time, I have had my electric shut off, phone disconnected, and my monthly payment to county missed. This platform is WORSE than STRIPE, the practices are illegal and the moment someone decides to sue, Im jumping aboard! The amount in late payments, reconnect fees, and bail that Ive incurred just by using Bill, is a flippin nightmare. Stay away and choose a different business to deal with. This one is running a payment interest scam.

    Tried to cancel my bill.com account and I am still being charged. I canceled because the business closed, but they are blaming it on me that the account wasn't closed. I have the email confirmation to prove it, but they will still charge me and I can't delete my bank or cc info so they won't take the money.

    HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE WITH THIS PAYMENT PROCESSOR. THEY HAVE HELD MY FUNDING TO DATE OF $38,000. I AM A SMALL BUSINESS OWNER WHO DEPENDS ON FUNDING FROM OUR INSTALLED JOBS. THE LENDER WE ARE PARTNERED WITH PAYS OUR CO USING THIS PLATFORM. THEY HAVE DELAYED, MADE EXCUSES TO HOLD ONTO MONEY THAT IS NOT THERES. THEY HAVE ASKED ME TO UPLOAD, DRIVERS LICENSE FRONT AND BACK BANK STATEMENTS ELECTRIC BILL WATER BILL GENERAL LIABILITY INSURANCE, BUSINESS LICENSE , VOIDED CHECK AND THE LIST GOES ON FOREVER. I LIRTERALLY UPLOADED MY DRIVERS LICENSE 35 TIMNES FOR THEM TO CONTIUE TO SAY THEY DID NOT RECEIVE IT. DO NOT USE THIS PAYMENT PROCESSOR YOU WILL NEVER GET YOUR FUNDS! WE ARE ESCUALTING THIS TO THE STATE ATTORNEYS OFFICE AND ALSO MAKING OUT A CRIMMINAL STATEMENT AGAINST THEM. STAY AWAY FROM THEM! THEY DO NOT EVEN DESERVE 1 STAR!

    I am an independent contractor. I use bill because one of the places I work uses it. I set up my bank account last week. Then got an email stating my bank info was wrong. I updated the information. On the bill website it says the money was deposited. but it's not in my bank account. I've spent over a week on the phone with people from bill. They told me to get the people where I work to request a payment trace. Then take the trace to my bank and the bank will fix it. I called my bank and they said the deposit was rejected because Bill was trying to deposit it into my savings under a checking account. So a payment trace is useless to them. I called back bill and they told me that I would have to get the company I work for to request a re route. Needless to say what is the point of bill if they can't effectively deposit my money. This was the first deposit I have had from them. Seems like a scam that I have to fix the situation and they don't do anything. Don't you have policies for when a deposit is rejected?

    It's been a nightmare with bill.com. I have been in an endless loop with bill.com since Jan 2025. Now it's the end of March 2025, and I am still in the same place. Initially I was asked by a company that needs to send me payment to sign up with bill,com. So I followed the instructions in the email I received to create an account and enter bank information in order to receive epayment. Bill.com asked me to provide business information, but I am an individual not a business and couldn't provide business info as they required. I told them that. Then my account got closed. Later I kept getting email from bill.com asking me to create an account. I did again and entered bank info. It said payment would be sent to my bank account in 7-10 business days. I got email yesterday asking to log in to check update and provide additional info. I tried to log in, but couldn't anymore. I am sure I entered the right login info. I clicked reset password link. When I clicked the link sent to me in email, it went to a page without asking me to enter new password and there was message at the bottom saying password has been reset successfully. ??? Now I am locked out of my account again. It's so unbelievable that ******* is so confusing. I have never encountered a company that's so hard to deal with. Theres no phone number to call if you cant log in. It's a lot of money that I am supposed to receive, and I don't know what else they need from me in order to receive my payment. The payor told me to use bill.com and knows they are paying the right person. What is bill.com as a payment service trying to do? There's no clear direction from bill.com about if and how an individual could use their site. If bill.com is for business owners only, please make it clear and I will ask the payor to pay me by some other way.
