  Stay away from this company. they will scam you. take your money. the company is noted for fraudulent activities. since I paid $750.00. not a single company has credentialed my company. worse more they are very unprofessional and fraudsters. *************************** you was my contact is more a con-artist then a employee. my lawyer is working on my case to retrieve my money. I have also reported my case to the ************************ | Protecting ********* Consumers for the company to be investigated.*************************** needs to be investigated. he is a fraud and scam.

  Worse credentialing company. Unprofessional, unresponsive, and outrightly a fraud. I signed up with Doctors Business Network since the beginning of 2022 to be paneled with 10 insurance companies and I was told that it will take 45days. We are 365days and counting, only one approved insurance company, the rest don't even have my application. I spoke to the manager several times with promises that were made and not fulfilled, costing me loss of revenue and hardship. They don't even pick up their calls or respond to my emails anymore. This company should be investigated. So sad. Working on a legal action to retrieve my money.

  They are the worst! A nightmare. Fraudsters. They are quick to take your money but never return email or give you the run around. They will ignore your call. I paid them in September 2022 and I was told it will take about 90 days. I called them after two and half months after I had reached out to several insurance payers and was told they did not even have me in thier system. DBN reach out and had nothing sensible to say. They told me they fired a few of thier employees. Just stories. They are the worst. Please avoid if you don't want to waste your time. ***** is the worse and he is the leader of them all. He is a fraud.

  TERRIBLE BUSINESS!!! BEWARE!!!!! I have had the exact asme issues as all the other negative reviews listed. No communication or proof of work being done. They were supposed to have completed my credentialing and when I called the insurance company to get an update, there was nothing on file. They keep telling me the same thing that it is being processed but I am getting no real answers. When I asked for the contact info for the owner, the front desk lady hung up on me. I called back literally 20 times and she kept answering and hanging up. I also was young up on by the main man, ***** ******* last week and I questioned him. This has been terrible. I called again this week, only to continue to get hung up on.I also made my complaint to a customer services person weeks ago and she promised she would call back that day and still have not heard anything. I thought hiring a company to do my credentialing would make it easier, but it has only been the most stressful thing to deal with. I HAVE NO IDEA how this place is still in business. I am so upset. This company is a SCAM!!!!!!!

  I paid this company I sent them over 50 emails for status update they never responded. I asked for a refund they told me no. Work was ever done. no communication. I believe this was because I am a smaller provider. Horrible service the owner curse me out when I demanded my money this was over a year ago.I paid them & still no response from this company Do not use this company I have emails to confirm everything. I am stating. RIP OFF use another company!
