    I considered doing business with them and started the practice. However, it became more and more difficult to speak to someone. After calling several times, only occasionally getting return calls, and literally talking to the same guy providing two different names (****** *******, ***** *******) It's obvious to me that I need to stay away from them. Even their reviews are obviously fake. How do you go from 1 star to 5 stars on so many reviews? He's obviously paying someone to talk up his business. There are other service providers who can do the same thing without the drama. That's what I've done and I'm glad I did.

    I was sketchy about the agency because it's out of my state. After they received my payment to credential my business in November. I never received any log in. After asking for a refund received a call that my application was being processed and I would receive a log in to track. Days went by they never sent login information so I asked for for a refund again yesterday end of January. Something needs to be done about this company after seeing so many horrible reviews.. they fill haven't responded since asking for a refund.

    I am an Internal Medicine physician of nearly 25 years. I paid DBN approx $800 at the end of ********************************************************************************* my community. It is now almost Sept 2023 and nothing. I can't even get an update from them. Every time I've called since I'm told the same thing....we will look into it but never receive a reply. I even spoke with the manager and she stated she would look into it and promised me she would personally call me back within a week. This company is dysfunctional as it looks like I'm having the same problems others are. Buyers beware. A very unprofessional and disorganized company.
