    "looking for a vehicle the car salesman REMOVEDpawnwas the sales man, REMOVEDshowed a 2020 jeep cherokee I questioned him & asked I need reliable car due to me being a single mother of 4 for work REMOVEDkids after school activities due to my credit that was the car I could get & was adviced by REMOVEDin a year when I build my credit I can trade for an upgrade, REMOVEDtook over REMOVEDwas running late to help me I offered to put $2000 down REMOVEDhelps me finish the deal 3 weeks pass Im driving home from work & the car starts shaking & smoke coming out the hood & exhaust I had to pull over & left it on the side of the road next day I pick it up & the engine light came on checked the codes only & it present 303 P06DE B2204 P0606-49 I drove it to the dealership on my way there the car continued to shut off on a complete stop plus it was so embarrassing all the smoke blowing out I barely made it to the dealership i speak to REMOVEDI tell him whats going on he said due to my warranty I passed the REMOVEDcant do nothing about it he said theres nothing he can do as he quoted Im just a REMOVEDI knew not to waste my time talking to him anymore when he made me feel like they are the REMOVEDhavent had made my first car payment yet did not offer me extended warranty nothing to help me resolve my problem I left it there to service I had no choice since the car wont move I spoke to REMOVEDthey both tried to help me with discounts for the repairs that cost $1500 I kept calling to ask for the general manager then the bank calls me telling me that REMOVEDwill not fix the car due to no payment of repairs & the car has not been fixed yet mind you I been staying in contact with REMOVED. I hold accountable for the warranty but the way I was treated was distasteful now my REMOVEDgo back to struggling with transportation." ... Read full review
