      ****** team was on time, professional, and did a superb installation of our new sliding door. The ******** door was of high quality and custom built to our specifications. Were very pleased.

      I had two living room windows replaced and I couldn't be more happier. The job went so smooth and the install team was great. **** was the lead on the team and I was so impressed with the teams attention to detail. I would definitely recommend Renewal by ******** for their product, professionalism, and knowledge. ************

      We had 9 windows and 2 doors replaced by Renewal by Andersen. The quality of the actual product, quality of work product by install team and stellar professionalism shown are some of the top reasons to choose Renewal. 10s across the board. *** was a great representative and walked us through the purchase process. The install team was AMAZING. The team included *****, ******************************, *************, ************************** and ********. I mentioned each of these installers because each of them was so professional, kept the work area safe and clean and had warm personalities. ***** was specifically accommodating to my needs the day of install.I would like to personally thank all involved in this process. It can be a cumbersome task to replace your doors and windows and I felt like I found my perfect match with this team.I highly recommend Renewal by Andersen for your door and windows projects.

      I am extremely disappointed in my special order of five (5) 8 ft. doors that cost us almost $27,000. !!! We signed the contract on 02 September 2022. *** doors weren't installed until 24 February 2023. Today I had to have a service tech come out to adjust and fix the door handle as it fell off - unbelievable. I hated the installation work that was done and asked them to come out and fix it. Three folks came out (Salesman, "expert installer" and some other guy) on 27 February 2023 and they did absolutely NOTHING to fix it. ***y said "that's the standard way we do this." *** standard way has not only caused me to trip multiple times over the threshold already but they put this wood molding on the bottom of all five doors which was not only not necessary but it's ugly. We can't have it removed because the "expert installer" drilled holes into our kitchen tile to complete the "standard installation" without our approval (and we were home during the installation). We still have to spend $600 to have the interior wood stained as Andersen couldn't provide us the interior wood that we wanted and it doesn't match the kitchen cabinets !!!!!!! Don't EVER buy anything from them because we sure won't. I even contacted the ** of Sales for ******* and he never returned by phone calls - I had his direct number and I got zero customer services. I guess he's more interested in sales and not *****************

      ************, ************ and their team did an outstanding job installing our new windows and doors. Professional, friendly and quick, they kept us informed, and answered all questions on our installation. Before they left, they made sure we were happy with the install, knew all the tips and tricks to the functionality and care, and left our property cleaner than they found it. Thanks, guys, you made it a joy!

      The installation team, as well as the product, was/is fantastic! Prompt, courteous, careful and neat. They were also willing to work with another, unrelated work crew who had underestimated the amount of time it would take to finish their tasks; by making certain no one got in each others' way. I am completely happy with Andersen.

      Wow! So love my windows! I had all my windows/patio door done in 3 installs. This is my last ones. I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend Renewal. The installers have all been very professional and very prompt. ***** was so nice and walked me through the final work. Five Stars for sure!
