  From the beginning of the window search process, Renewal by Andersen was Number 1; from the Sales **** **** to the Scheduling **** ****** to the Installation Team, *****, ************** everything was professional, exceptional & true to its product mission statement.We LOVE our new Renewal by ******** Windows!

  I waited a few months to see the effects of the Renewal by ******** Windows. I used to have sun screens on my home. I wish I still did. They did a much better job of keeping the temperature down in the house than these windows do. They look nice, but for the ridiculous price, they are not worth it at all. Save your money. My office use to be cool with the screens. Now it is 8 degrees higher than it used to be with the screens. By the way, if you were planning on using sunscreens with these windows, you cant voids the warranty. So I gave mine away - more wasted money.Now about this company. First, I need to say the installers ****, ****, and their teams, and the salesman, *** were very good to deal with, although I was oversold and way overpriced. The rest of the organization and customer service was poor. I had my original installation date on July 5th. They were supposed to complete the job that day. Through no fault of mine, strictly their poor planning, it wasnt completed. It should have been completed the next day, right? Nope. They said that because of their schedule that could not tell me when it would be done. It took 4 phone calls for me to find someone that could give me a date for completion it was for December 5 months later. After I told them that wasnt acceptable, that same day they amazingly called to say they had a cancellation and could do it August 25th still 7 weeks later, but that it was likely that it would be done sooner than that. Nope August 25th. It cost me $40,000 to do my entire home (about **** square feet). I strongly do not recommend this company.

  I had ** front door and a large replaced. ***** and ****** were on time, Professional, friendly and thorough. They did amazing job with the installation and with the clean up.
