  At this point in time, I have only had the initial consult, and 2nd visit for the window measurements. Both representatives, the Project Consultant and the Installation Manager provided a very good customer service experience. They were professional, friendly, and thorough.

  ******** were professional, friendly and courteous. ******** included the Leads, ************** and ****************, as well as **************** , ************ and ************ ******** completed the eight window installation in a relatively short amount of time (less than 8 hours). Excellent work guys!

  We have twice purchased and had windows installed by Renewal by Andersen of Phoenix, secondary to leaking windows. The first time went off without any problems, the second time (May 2023) we had four additional windows replaced in our home. (again, secondary to leaking)5.26.23 Five windows were installed.After a rain, we noticed that one of the new windows was leaking. 8.1.23 Contacted Andersen and told them the window was leaking after it rained.8.16.23 Andersen sent **** out to repair the window. they worked on the window for 1/2 an hour, took off the trim at the top, and then stated, " it is correctly installed" and left.We have had a total of 11 windows installed by Andersen, and this is the only one that leaks. 8.17.23 Called Andersen spoke with a female, and she told me that someone would call me back within ***** hours.8.27.23 Still have not received call back from Andersen. Wanted to leave no stars for rating, but i cannot submit without at least one.

  We went with Renewal by Andersen for our window replacements because we wanted the quality and white glove experience that the Andersen name promises. While the prices were incredibly high we felt it would be worth to be assured that we would have the best product and service. We have been incredibly disappointed and mistaken. It took 6 months to get our windows and the door we ordered. The crew that came to install were very polite and tidy. When they installed our door they noted that the handle was missing and that it would need to be orders. There was also a large gap under the threshold of the door. They installed wood under the door to brace the door however there is still a two inch gap. When we step on the door threshold it bends. We also noticed after installation that the glue from the protective film was in the window creating a haze and an inability to see through the window in the sunlight. We shared pictures of the issues with our sales person and a technician that Cale to our house. The installers said they would inform Andersen of the issues right away. Each time I called for an update they said they had no record of an issue. The repair was booked for one month after the installation which was absurd. After waiting another month they arrived with only the handle. No fix for the huge gap under the door or a fix for the hazy window. When the repair person came he again said he had no record of the issues and that they would call us and book again in a few weeks which would put us two months post installation. **************** is awful. ********************** justifies its prices because of white glove service and impeccable product. Neither have been true for us. They provide no resolution or response. We should not be waiting weeks to have someone fix a poor installation and missing parts. I would not recommend anyone buy through them. Our experience has been horrible. For the expense it is not worth it.

  This was our second time using them and this was a much bigger install. With 13 regular windows and 2 very large windows, they arrived with 2 crews and lots of equipment. I was amazed at how fast they were installing the windows. All of the crew were very courteous, skilled and professional. Just like the first job, everything was completely finished as I did not have to do anything afterward.I cannot express my satisfaction more in the entire process from ordering to the install.I have and will continue to recommend Renewal by Andersen.

  For a while there we didnt think we were going to get delivery until Oct, but our order was found and delivered. Your crews are amazing to watch. Each and every team member has a job. Old windows came out, framing was inspected and the new ones were installed. The crew took special care of our new flooring, covered the furniture and were courteous about keeping the door closed where our air conditioner was located to keep the noise down. We ordered a new door which was a few inches off but with a combined team effort (and five hours) it was installed with very little paint touch up to be done throughout the whole job.
