  I just cancelled my subscription, but it was hard to find out how. How can this company have an A+ credit rating when: Their terms and conditions (which no one really reads) state that the only client communication that comes to your email is when you open or close an account, BUT THERE IS NO EMAIL/MAIL NOTIFICATION WHEN THEY BILL YOUR CREDIT CARD MONTHLY. In my opinion, this is HIGHLY deceptive, ingenuous and predatory way of conducting business. TO BE CLEAR, the (one) star rating above should be a ZERO (0) or ********. USERS BEWARE.

  Hello CCBill.com,
  I appreciate the "canned", unpersonal and likely computer generated response. Your organization is missing the point. Even though it is legal, it is highly deceptive, non transparent (don't notify clients monthly when charging thier credit card") and predatory. Why don't you? Because you know your cancellation rate would higher faster, easier for the customer and take away from your bottom line. If you a GOOD business and proud of the service you provide, you'd tell your clients when they get billed. Your not, so my rating stays the same. Way less than one on a scale of 1 to 10 with 10 being the best. I look forward to your response.

  I have Rocket Money monitor my accounts and let me know of upcoming charges. Today I was notified that in 2 days Id be charged $7400 on a monthly r repeating basis by ccbill.com. I dont have anything near this kind of payment. Thats way more than my mortgage and I have no other loans. Im sure Ive been hacked.

  I don't understand how the Bbb can give any stars to this company unless they are getting a kick back or something! It's crap! I have charges on my cash app from them and I don't put that card on ANYTHING!! It's a c*** company do not use! They say they're a 3rd party billing company? Horse poop!

  I did contact them and was told that it was up.to Cash app to fix it? I had to close the account down because the first day y'all hit me for $29.99 and then 1999 and then 34.99 all in the same night while I was asleep one was in Colorado Texas all these other weird places so I closed my cash app account down went to another bank while they were in the process of closing it down I went negative on there because of your company! And I'm sure you can go back and review your you know recorded calls and see where I contacted but if you want to talk give me a call 470-241-9467

  I have never heard of this company. I woke up earlier this week to check my bank balance to find CCBill.com pending transaction for $59.95.Had to file fraud claim with my bank.This company appears to be either hacking into people's bank accounts or buying up black market ID theft data to run fake charges on unsuspecting, ordinary people--as evidenced by my experience and many others in the comments citing the same.
