I did open an account with onlyfans for one creator. For one month only, and the subscription ended 10/26/2021. But since then, someone has been using my account to subscribe to other people and not only buy different packages with my card, but adding into the wallet on the website. I understand this company bills for multiple branches, but Ive had to blocked and cancel my credit card and the line is not very much spending. So the card has been maxed. I also have been locked out of the account on the only fans website where I cant even create a new password to delete the account in question. I would like to be refunded for everything that was charged that wasnt for hawkhatesyou. I have never spent more than $20 and that was at the end of September. Any transactions for only fans AFTER September 27 were not made nor authorized by me. How is it so easy to hack these accounts?Business response

I payed $10.59 to get into the website and not 2 hour later I was locked out and never heard from support. Pure and simple scam artists. It wont set email to reset password yet it says that email address has an account. They are criminals plain and simple.Business response

Woke up today and had almost $40 taken from my bank card by CCBill. I have no account with them nor do I have any reason to have any charges taken from my bank card. I did at one point have an Onlyfans account but that account has been cancelled for quite some time. This constitutes fraud and theft and I would like this matter dealt with.Business response

Reoccurring payments through a debit card that has been deactivated since June 5th of 2021 have been coming out of my account. The debit card being used on the client site has been charged twice a month since the official closure of the card in June. The client site "onlyfans" refuses to acknowledge the fact the charges are invalid, and refuse to refund the falsely charged amounts on the cause that payment information wasnt deleted until this previous week.Business response

supervisor name ************** thru Sales Executive has been refusing to help me when I attempted to get help to create an account with them but he kept trying to play mind trick on me and refuse even help me and does not want me to be their customer. what kind of service is that? his service is unacceptable. ***** claimed that he is supervisor when I demand speak with his boss to discuss about ******* action. but ***** refused allow me speak with his supervisor at all.Business response

I do see email included. so I sent him an email. still no response. so it appears that he is not responding my email which that he is not taking my complaint serious so I am rejecting their response to my complaint. I would be more than happy to accept AFTER *** response and start discuss with me about action that his co-worker has caused to make me file complaint against them. thank you. BrianBusiness response

My debit card was debited ***** on 7/10/21 by CCBILL LLC for an Only Fans account that I cancelled, why its still active I don't know I think this is a tactic they use to get more money from customers. I'm not denying i've had an Only fans account but i'm positive i cancel them or unsubscribe. I contacted CCBILL on Sunday when I saw the charge on my phone they instructed me to contact Only fans who can only be emailed, I did and they basically told me to kick rocks in their response. True enough ***** isn't alot of money but its my money and i don't want it took from me like this.Business response

On 7/11/2021 my bank account was randomly charged almost $100 over 6 transactions. This all happened around 1:00-2:00am while I was asleep. I contacted ccbill.com who said that the charges werent fraud and they couldnt refund my money. Even after telling them multiple times that I didnt authorize the charges and I dont know what they are. This company is a scam and they should be shut down immediately.Business response

I had 4 credit cards 2 bank cards and had them connected to my onlyfans account and I decided to consolidate my debt i paid off my credit cards and destroyed them and now they will not let me use my bank card or remove restrictions because I can't send pictures of the cards and my I'd at the same time I Sent them statements proving that I was the legal owner of all said card's along with a copy of my id but I cannot send a picture of something that was destroyed i am being unfairly treated like i did something wrong when I have sent proof as I can send to you i had 2 *********** credit cards i have an Erie federal credit union and I had a *************** i closed all of them except for the Erie federal credit union account i have contacted them multiple times and they keep telling me i have to send pictures of me holding each card and my id this is ridiculously to be treated like this because I had multiple lines of creditBusiness response
