    Paid Proweaver to develop and host our companys website. After a 18 months the website was taken down. We called Proweaver and they demanded more money from us ($300) to fix the supposed problems, which they said were SSL related. They said if we paid the $300 the website would be started back up.We also asked that they send us a copy of all the webpages in Wordpress, but they havent and keep hanging up on us when we call.

    Our team have reviewed your concerns. Thank you for completing the payment for the renewal of your hosting and maintenance service and *** installation. The reason why we were having a hard time to re-activate the website online is that the domain access that we currently have is the Yahoo account, which was the information that we used when we launched the new website. As we tried to re-upload the new website, we found out that the domain is no longer in Yahoo but in Tucows Domain. Do you happen to know if someone from your company transferred the domain to Tucows? To move forward, we will need the Tucows login so we can point your domain IP to our hosting service and re-install the *** certificate.

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me.  I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.

    Can you declare that I wont receive another call or email. I dont want that its been discussed and a vague it wont happen again. What wont happen again. Clarify no further annoying calls or emails. Thank you

    This spammer has abused both my contact page as well as my email address directly with spam focused on me paying him to fix my web site despite the fact that I have two listing appearing on page #1 of ****** for my three key words. This expert doesnt even show up on the first 30 pages of ******.I have contacted him NUMEROUS times trying to get him to stop but he keeps spamming me despite me telling him I NEVER buy from spammers. If this doesnt work I may have to have a face-to-face meeting with to convince him that I am serious.
