    My name is ***************************** and I am the owner of ******* ************* ******** ***** In August of 2020 I paid ProWeaver to create a website for my childcare center. I paid the initial fee for creating the website and on 08/31/2020 I was told by **** at the very beginning there would be no maintenance for for the first year but after a year that there would be a annual maintenance fee of $100 per year that I would pay and nothing more because I had already paid ****** for my domain name. The following year I was charged $200 ($100 maintenance fee and $100 for domain hosting) and I have been paying that amount for 2021 and 2022. This year I was sent a bill totaling $300 for their services and I called and spoke with ****** and informed her that I was only suppose to be charged $100 if I used ****** for my domain and $200 if I allowed them to use my domain name. ****** assured me that she would change to charge and submit the new bill to my attention for payment, but the bill was still for $300. I called and emailed her on several occasions but never received a return call only a bill for $300. I did not pay the $300 and shortly thereafter my entire website was removed. I would like to request that Proweaver either bill me the annual billing of $200 (maintenance, and domain name) or release my domain name so that I can return it to ****** and find someone else to create a website for my childcare center. I have ALL email exchanges and documentation as proof if needed.

    On 5/9/2023 the company reached out to us in regards to setting up a website. My husband asked that they send over all the information for us to review in a proposal letter. On 5/16/2023, the email is with the headline take it or leave it which we decided not to take due to the high volume of complaints. We decided to move forward with another company to create our website. Since 5/16, we have received various calls trying to convince ** to go with them. Several times we have informed them that we went with another company and wish to be taken off the call list. We have even blocked them 4 times to avoid any calls. Today we received another call, which I ended immediately, since I recognized the incoming number. They proceeded to leave a message and call again. I yelled at the representative to stop calling since several times already we have told them we are not interested, yet they continue to call us.

    Like everyone else complaining about them, they will not stop calling and emailing me. It is the same person over and over and I have lost my patience with them after telling them 50 times I do not want them to call any more. They are sick individuals working there who have no respect for others.

    Pro ****** did not honor their bundle service. I have purchased two bundles from them for SEO and SMM and website editing. I then turned around and purchased website creation. They told me I didn't qualify for a certificate when in fact their marketing email stated I would get this embedded for free. They did not honor their promotion.

    I apologize for the inconvenience this may have caused you and I would like to thank you for bringing this matter to our attention. 

    We have carefully looked into your concerns. Our team acknowledges that there is a miscommunication from both parties. The attached file shows that the freebies was offered in Oct 2022 in which it mentioned the 3 services: ***, SMM and ************** services. In which you availed for the *** and SMM only. With this, the hosting and SSL certificate is not applicable due to the fact that the website is not currently developed by Proweaver. In March 2023, you paid for the basic website package of $700 with a different inclusions and promotions. Hence, the free SSL is no longer included in the package. 

    However, since we value our clients and our business relationship, we would like to still give you the free 1-year SSL certificate.

    We welcome feedback from our clients who use our services and aim to improve our services. I hope that we have been able to fully address all your concerns.

    I previously left a complaint. 12/7 In that complaint I spoke about the Company Proweaver calling numerous times in a row clogging up phone line with aggressive sales calls. After giving me the same canned apology and promise, they give everyone they harass, after being confronted through the BBB the company called again on 12/16 I spoke to the same person who called before, the same arrogance, and this time they argued with me when I told them I complained on BBB and that they promised not to call again. They first told me that I was lying and that I had never spoke to them before or about this business. Then they demanded that I say the name of the company they are calling on behalf of, as if they didn't already say it at the start of the call, and as if I was a liar.After naming Proweaver they then demanded my name and I declined. After trying to berate me as a liar they hung up the phone, only to call me right back, hear my voice again and hang up again without speaking.Proweaver stop calling this business. Stop Harassing this business. I have spoken to the same person over and over you know who is calling here.

    Between 12/6/22 and 12/7/22 the business has sent unsolicited phone calls over 9 times. They called 5 times in a row today during the busiest time of the day despite being told several times to stop calling, they kept calling and calling purely out of spite. Even now as I write this they sporadically call.Previous comments on this page say the same thing, Pro ****** is engaged in an ****** aggressive telemarketing campaign using phone numbers from ********** and an over seas staff. They apologize publicly and then move on to the next number. They are harassing a daycare with their arrogance.

    April 4, 2022 I paid Proweaver $1200 for social media management. They also included 2 yrs of website maintenance. in addition another $800 was paid to build the website. *************** told me that full payment was required before services would be provided. Several issues have been observed and reported to Proweaver in reference to website maintenance and social media postings. October 17, ******************* writing via email, text, and phone call to cancel my social media management and issue a prorated refund. No where in the agreement was there mentioned no refunds. Proweaver did provide services however only a prorated refund for 6 months is requested. The reasons for request are as follows:1-website set up- Spelling/ grammar errors found. Delays in requested updates. I also had to tell the company several times to add cookies requirements, copyright, data privacy, terms and conditions, ect. I also asked for monthly updates on site performance and was told to look it up. It took several calls/email before they would provide wordpress info.2- social media- Proweaver would send a listing of post prior to running them. I had to rewrite many of the articles due to content errors, grammar, and accuracy of content. They made inaccurate claims, promises and guarantees which my company does not offer. In addition, their research information came from other companies in the same field. Provweavers have been asked to retract their postings due to legalities. Upon working with another company, it was found that Provweavers had 10 other people set up under my social media accounts.On multiple occasions, I have reached to *************** to express my dissatisfaction and to resolve issues, however subpar service still occurred. I was constantly approached by *** to allow them to run adds, set up SEO, and send them referrals. I opted not to use their services due to poor quality of work. If nothing else, other people should be aware of this company.

    Paid Proweaver to develop and host our companys website. After a 18 months the website was taken down. We called Proweaver and they demanded more money from us ($300) to fix the supposed problems, which they said were SSL related. They said if we paid the $300 the website would be started back up.We also asked that they send us a copy of all the webpages in Wordpress, but they havent and keep hanging up on us when we call.

The reason why we were having a hard time to re-activate the website online is that the domain access that we currently have is the Yahoo account, which was the information that we used when we launched the new website. As we tried to re-upload the new website, we found out that the domain is no longer in Yahoo but in Tucows Domain. Do you happen to know if someone from your company transferred the domain to Tucows? To move forward, we will need the Tucows login so we can point your domain IP to our hosting service and re-install the *** certificate.

    PROWEAVER ********** people call our office daily attempting to get us to sign up for their services. I have told them multiple times to remove both of my businesses from their calling list they continue to call.
