      Horrible customer service! The wait time to see about a slow leak on my newly purchased tires is 2 hours. This is my second day trying to get in there and still the wait is horrible. The parking is really bad I got there right at 8:00 when they opened and the wait would have still been 2 hours. They need to hire additional help if it takes that long to check for a slow leak.

      Dusciubt ************ is Great but they convince you you'll save money by signing up for their ****************** that offers 6 months $0 Financing. Minimum payment of $39 month. Well I paid $200 month and when I just got my final bill ********* has tacked on $100 they claim are Late Fees. That's Bullshit! My purchase was made on November 20th and I was told no payment was due in December. So since I paid $200 every month I should not owe any fees. So WHY is this 0% Financing for 6 months charging Late Fees? I feel like I've just been SCAMMED! And when i called them about this exorbitant charge they claim I paid every month late. I will NOT be made a fool and will not stand quietly by while your NOT SO FREE Financing can ***** a Senior Citizen out of $100!

      The *********** is not consistent with documenting payments. I purchased a set of tires from Discount Tires and charged them to my credit card. I submitted two payments by money order and neither was posted to my account leaving my account in payment due status. This caused me to have to make double payments. It has been a hassle trying to correct this concern.

      Do NOT BUY WHEELS FROM THIS COMPANY! They sell complete pieces of crap! I originally purchased all new Yokohama tires and BKGLMS LIQ HAWK wheels on 2/22/2024. As I was headed to work this morning, I heard a bang and then all the air went out my front passenger side tire. There was no pothole or anything in the road, this was completely random! I had my vehicle towed to the discount tire I purchased from. They remove the tire and saw the tire itself was fine and the wheel is what bent pretty badly. He told me my warranty does not cover a replacement and I would have to purchase a new wheel. This is unacceptable, because I didnt hit anything not even a pothole! This is a complete manufacturer issue! I shouldnt have to pay for the c*** yall sell!

      I left another review on yelp but thought what would it hurt to leave more than one. So long story short, I called and scheduled an appointment. Then when I arrived, they proceeded to tell me that I didnt have an appointment. I pulled out my phone and showed them where I had in fact called, but the manager of this store(******************************************************************************************) is an absolute idiot. Im so glad I dont live here and have to deal with these people for tires!! Anyhow thats about it. This particular store SUCKS!! Dont go there!!!!

      Went to get my tires rotated as per agreement. Representative walked me inside and then indicated that it would be a waste to rotate my tires and they would all need to be replaced. It seems Ive seen the same thing playing out on other complaints here and it looks like the employees are trained to say the same thing. The other lie they tell is its against the law to rotate tires under certain tread but the only states tires cant be sold. It seems they are trying to scam customers to keep buying tires when they are not ready for them to make money. This was last straw. Going to ****** from now on.

      I went to Discount Tire in ******* at ********************************************************* due to a rear passenger side flat tire. The advisor recommended replacement of the tires as it is irreparable, which I agreed to and work was completed. Later on after a month or two There was a humming noise coming from the rear axle and I took the car to 3 or 4 different shops to diagnose the problem and paid their diagnostic fee and was unable to figure the problem out till the vehicle was dropped of at caliber auto care in ****** after the noise was becoming louder by the minute. After diagnostics were completed it turns out that the Discount tire store in ******* replaced the tire with the wrong size with a 245/40/19 instead of it being 245/45/19 which damaged the transfer case as it was compromising from the bad tire size. Total repair costs now after these damages is coming to almost $8,000.00. I've tried reaching out to the ** at that store trying to talk to them about these issues and being unable to get a hold of them.

      I bought 4 tires & had them put on today. The guy checks my tires with his phone app & tells me I need an alignment. I said I had an alignment done last Thursday. He said tires should be done before an alignment and I need to pay for another alignment now that new tires will be on. Another guy behind the counter agrees with him. I said I'm not getting another alignment done- l've driven the car twice since the alignment. It drives perfectly straight. It didn't matter what I said. Then the other guy goes my new alignment that I just paid for won't work because I didn't buy the *********** and give the alignment place h*** if they don't redo it for free. While my car was getting the tires put on I went to the alignment place and told them like I was treated like an idiot female, and that the car drives perfectly straight. He said they should not have come at me like that because it doesn't matter which gets done first-but he would look at it for free if I wanted him to -but it does ******** way or the other at all - it's great. When my husband brought me back to pick up my car, he was going to walk in with me this time, but a different employee saw us pull in and walked out to the parking lot to give me my key and receipt. There's no way the guy who sticks his phone over the tires to measure tread knew if I needed an alignment-obviously. If it was my husband they probably would've recommended an alignment-he would have said I had one done 6 days ago-and they probably would've said ok.Had this been my 85-year-old mother-in-law - she would've just took them at their word - because she would e been too scared to drive her car with the way they ******* you with lies.I dont not know how to rip a motor apart-but I know when my car pulls to the left-AND WHEN IT DOESN'T. Also whats with the Do you want the $79 extra coverage? No means no. "Not even if I give it to you for half price?" Pretty sure that question was asked and answered. **********, **

      So I went to Discount Tire to get four tires installed to find out that they damaged my wheels and TMPS sensors. They also left dirt and grime inside my vehicle. What a CARELESS ACT.
