5 starsWith loads of patience, we are getting through this long process of having Timeshare Compliance legally disentangle us from a timeshare contract. There have been a couple of bumps along the road...change of personnel has been a little frustrating, but now we have spoken with the fellow who is assigned to our case, *****. He has assured us that he will be the one to fill us in on every aspect of the case. It is a relief to have that assurance and know that we can contact him whenever we have ************ has not let us down...they know, and did tell us to begin with, that the process would likely be a long one. Since the timeshare developers don't want to let go of us, they are using, against us, their biggest weapon of TIME spent waiting for a resolution. Not pretty; not comfortable, but we will stick it out, knowing that TC and the legal team is not giving up on us. We do have confidence in them and the team is interested in helping us every step of the way.

I called with my ire at a 10 and he was able to help me and calm me down. He has done everything he said he was going to do. 5 starsSo far so good. Relinquishing a timeshare can be a lengthy process but TSC was honest about that from the beginning. I have never not been able to reach someone if I had questions and have been provided regular updates to my case. Today ***** **** reached out to me to provide my update. He was thorough and ensured I had his extension if I had any questions. Fingers crossed for a favorable result in this process.Timeshare Contract Resolution

4 starsUnfortunately, the Covid-19 pandemic hit right after I contracted with Timeshare Compliance, which prolonged the dispute regarding my Timeshare. Once Covid-19 was over they provided the documentation showing that my Timeshare property was returned to the Timeshare company and my contract was closed. 1 starAt the end of June, I signed up with TCR thinking I had found a solution to my problem. But they have only added to my financial burdens. I paid **** amount as a deposit and the rest of the fee they are charging is on a payment plan with a company named United. They have collected their fee but until the lawyer doesnt collect an additional retainer fee of $950.00, they have stated they cant move on with my case. So now I continue to get calls from the timeshare, United had started to charge monthly for services that are not being provided, and my credit score will be impacted. I want them to return the money to the company United and to return my deposit. With this amount of money they charge, something could have started to happen but everything is at stop until I pay more money just not right!!!Timeshare Contract Resolution

1 starWe very much regret signing up with TCR just about a year ago. We have had one problem after another and they have NO customer service whatsoever. I would give them ZERO stars if I could After signing up with them and paying them $3,649 they assigned us a lawyer who did absolutely nothing for us. The lawyer told us that we made a mistake signing up with TCR because our mortgage was paid up and we were paid up on our maintenance fees - therefore no timeshare company would be willing to cancel our timeshare - REALLY!! When I reported this back to TCR they assigned us another lawyer. In the meantime the previous lawyer had sent a letter to our timeshare (better late than never?) telling them to cease and desist contacting us. Our Timeshare then sent a response letter to this previous lawyer and copied us stating that the lawyer that TCR had assigned to us was not even registered in the state where our timeshare is located??!!I then have e-mailed and left numerous voicemails with TCR about finding out why they would have assigned us to a lawyer that was not registered in the state where our timeshare is located and furthermore I wanted to know if the new lawyer they assigned us was registered in this state. I had an initial response to my e-mail to TCR over 2 months ago stating to be patient they were working on this. Since then I have sent follow up e-mails and voicemails and have had absolutely No response from TCR. I am wondering if they are still in business? Over the year timeframe that we have been working with them I keep getting told my rep has left and get assigned new people. I now received a voicemail from my Timeshare stating that they do not take back timeshares and the the Timeshare Exit companies should already know this about our timeshare - they have never and will never take back timeshares. Did TCR know this when they took us as clients. I feel we deserve a full refund of the $3,649 since we did not receive any service.****************Timeshare Contract Resolution
