    I used Quickbooks to charge my tenant rent and repayment for a loan. My tenant moved out, without notice, and filed a dispute with her bank for my charges (which she agreed to pay). Because of the dispute, Quickbooks wants to take the money back from me to reissue to my tenant. I filed a dispute with my bank regarding the issue and was given my money back that Quickbooks originally took. Quickbooks is now demanding this money from me that I DO NOT owe. They should go after the tenant that attempted to defraud me.

    We have 4 separate business entities operating in Quickbooks online and there is one primary, master email address attached to all 4. The primary emails was kicked off all accounts December 2023, and this issue was never resolved - I got tired of calling everyday and spending over an hour on the phone with no resolution. Fast forward to 3/31/24 and one of our business' QuickBooks account has been cancelled, but we paid for the yearly subscription starting 10/28/23, so it should not have been cancelled. I can't login with the primary email to resubscribe to reactivate the account. I have called every single day since 3/31/24 to get this fixed and keep getting the run around. I just need our account up and running so we can send invoices and pay bills. Ready to move all accounts to another platform - customer service is AWFUL.

    Complaint Against QuickBooks Customer ******************** I am writing to file a complaint against QuickBooks regarding the quality of customer ********************** provided. On March 16th, 2024 I contacted QuickBooks customer ********************** at ************ seeking assistance as to how to code contractor expenses. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating and unproductive.Despite spending approximately 30 minutes on the call, the representative I spoke with appeared to be poorly trained and unable to provide answers to simple questions. The representative seemed unfamiliar with basic troubleshooting steps and was unable to address my concerns effectively.I expect a higher standard of service from a company of QuickBooks' reputation and would like to request that my inquiry be escalated to a more competent support representative for resolution who can effectively address my inquiry and provide me with basic assistance. Additionally, I would appreciate it if QuickBooks could review its customer ********************** training and protocols to ensure that other customers do not have to endure a similar experience in the future.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

    I signed up for basic quickbooks in October of 2022. My mom passed away and my car was stolen, then I lost the admin to my business and all my employees. I spent the rest of the 2023 year recovering from all the losses. I worked less and spent time doing projects at home. The initial product I signed up for through Quickbooks cost $39.04 each month. Through the 2023 year I did not even sign into my account, let alone sign up for more functions. Somehow in January of 2023, quickbooks added the payroll function to my account, costing me an additional ***** a month. I had no reason to add a payroll function as I had no employees. I was charged this extra amount for 11 months. In November of 2023 my debit card information was stolen so I had to cancel that card and get a new one. I got a notification that my billing didn't go through. That was when I noticed that they were over charging me as I had to reset the payment with the new card. Then the account charged me the correct amount. Also having the time to sit and go through my bank statements to do my taxes, realizing they have been over charging me all year. I closed my account and told the customer ********************** lady what had happened. She sent me a link to dispute the charges. Conveniently for Quickbooks they only handle disputes if you file within 60 days. If they have over charged me and it is their mistake, they need to refund their customers. What a scam that is to steal funds from a customer in hopes the customer is too busy to catch it.

    ******************, a corporation I am a partner in, made an agreement with Quickbooks (Intuit) to have $500 a month pulled out of the ****************** bank account to pay off a $25,000 client disputed credit card charge for a website build. That $500 payment has been successfully pulled every month since September of 2022. On Feb 21, 2024 I received an email saying we Broke our promise (I didnt notice a low balance in our checking account and they were not able to pull the $500). I moved money into the account immediately and called 18min after receiving that email to tell the rep to pull the $500. She said all was okay. I called again on 3/5/24 as I saw it hadnt been taken out. Again they said okay. Suddenly after that 2nd call on 3/5/24, they terminated payment processing for ******************** a completely different corporation that I own 100% of. Apparently they did this to punish ******************. I spent hours in calls and chat with them basically saying "tough luck we aren't going to do anything about it". I am not asking you to help ******************. We agreed to this payment plan with Quickbooks and we owe them $16,500 still. However, them turning off ********************'s credit card payment processing is egregious bullying and will put ******************** out of business in days if not solved (our clients cant click and pay their invoice).

    I keep getting the run around with quickbooks. I tried upgrading many times. They have Email support and AI chat bot. Never get responses. Website is down 98 percent of the time. I keep getting charged. I want a refund of the last 3 months. I need to upgrade to a pro version. My CPA will only work with me if I have quickbooks. Quickbooks is not giving Me an option to upgrade. Quickbooks works great for alot of other people. Why am I getting the run around? I want a real Alive person to call me and make this right.

    January 11th **** I called Quickbooks to have them stop a payroll payment. They didn't I also stopped it from my bank. I asked them to stop them because of identity theft. They paid the money to the fraud account after I told them not to. Now Quickbooks says I owe them the money that they paid plus a $100 late fee. They are not going to try and get the fraud money from *************** And Green *** won't talk to me as the money came from Quickbooks not me. I was on the phone over 4 days a total of 20 hours with QuickBooks trying to get this settled. Being told may different things from different people. And they still made me pay for the fraud to get my account unlocked. Now I am out the money and I have no way of getting it back.

    I used quickbooks 1 time to reserve money ************************************************************ it....an no one will tell me wy...it's now almost December...I just want my money nothing **** ....please help

    Green dot bank/ Intuit froze our funds on 9/6/23moments after receiving a wire for reimbursements. They claimed to refund it on 9/14/23, but the wire issuer did not receive the funds refunded. When we call them, they say that it is under investigation and have nothing further to explain. After repeated attempts, we have received none of the requested documents or anything to clarify or refund our money. We have no idea what is happening and this happened 9/14/23. It has now been over 2 months. No one will speak with us to resolve anything. We keep being told that it is being investigated by their **** who has no inbound calls and no one ever calls back.

    Two of my clients made 3 payments through QuickBooks ($11,200, $1,535.47, and $5,909.61) totaling $18,645.08 in October 2023. QuickBooks merchant services has been holding that amount since October 12, 2023 and has refused to either refund my clients or deposit the funds into my bank account. My bookkeeper and I have contacted QuickBooks multiple times, and we have received conflicting information when we ask questions relating to the status of the payments and when/how the payments will be either deposited to my bank account or refunded. I was told that a supervisor would call me on October 27, 2023, but I was never contacted. This is an extremely concerning situation, and I would like QuickBooks to release the funds and deposit the full amount into my account immediately.
