On the 1st day we had issues with the property, from air conditioner not working to key fob to operate gate not working. Some issues were resolved, others were not. On top of that, we began to receive notices of additional charges that will be added monthly to our rent bill, but when we asked for clarification, we didnt receive a response. Initial questions were sent through the iHenri portal, no response. So, an email was sent to ****** on Jan. 29, 2024 with a list of concerns and questions we have about the upcoming changes. After finding discrepancies on our monthly statement and no response to previous inquiry to the leasing office, I finally stopped into the office and was told by ****** that the charges were valid and would not be reversed. She would not listen to what I had to say, and blew me off. On another day, I stopped by the leasing office, not realizing ****** had the day off, to get the contact info for her Mgr. The person on duty gave me ***** number. When I called, it went to an answering service. I left a voicemail and it took her several days to receive a return call. She asked me to send the original email to her, which was sent on Feb 14., she sent a response the next day stating she would look into the issue. I sent her a follow up email on Feb. 28 to get a status. She finally sent a response on Mar 5th, but only responded to one issue. I sent a follow up to her on Mar 12th asking her to respond on the remaining items on the list. Still no response. One of the main issues is the City of Phoenix account switching from us to *********************. We asked for clarification on how the switch will be facilitated. Also, asked for more details on common areas and how charges will be allocated to tenants. We were told that charges will be divided by occupied units, but we should not be responsible for empty units and charged by # in each house. In addition, the property is poorly maintained and a lot of turnover with tenants.
