This place is terrible. We were supposed to be moved in by a certain date and the day before we were supposed to get our keys they told us we were not able to until the following day (but hey we got a $25 gift card to Uncle Bears). When we arrive, the dishwasher was broken, paint chipping, painters tape left in appliances, doors grinding when closing, poorly caulked shower that they re-did while we lived there and it still needed to be redone. So I wouldn't be surprised if there is mold in that bathroom. The parking here is horrific and the employees use guest parking spots near the front so you either have to pay for parking with the Zark app, or park a mile away in other guest parking. Then they sent out a notice for people not to park in the front of the office because all the guest parking was full for future residents, but would not have employees park elsewhere to accommodate the people living there (weird concept, I know). The gate was broken so many times and took weeks to fix there would be random people parking there, and staying for days. Anytime you send any feedback it's basically a thanks and go f yourself. All in all, we kept our space maintained, and received a whopping $19 back from our deposit. I barely leave reviews because personal experience does not always reflect everyone's experience. But, after everything, a $19 deposit was a big s**** you.

My goodness how I am so beyond sorry how **** - a **** ****** apartment home treats their tenets! We lived there over 3 years- finally at the time we got to move out of there- they charged us for EVERYTHING- including normal wear and tear that they are not allowed to charge for according to the Arizona Landlord and Tenant laws. I did bring it up to them and they said no- we will be charging for this. Not to mention that upon renewing- they were running specials after specials- not offering any type of insensitive for their already existing tenets, they said we would need to reapply for another unit, pay a security deposit, and all the fees and expenses to move into **** like a new tenant. The worst part is they were making people move out of their apartments to another apartment- find their own storage for their things for a month while they did a remodel on the unit. How they run, and their business is completely dependent on their tenants, and I would NOT recommend them to anybody.

I stayed at this complex for over a year and was satisfied with the apartment, until the time I left. After reading your responses to all the concerns all you can say is you're sorry about the dissatisfaction to the complaints and concerns. At no time you take no responsibility or hold you staff accountable. When I moved in the carpet in the bedroom was cleaned and the toilet seat was not new. When i moved out I was charged for a new toilet seat $75 and the replacement of the bedroom carpet. I was told that they removed the carpet and found a stain that required them to replace the carpet. I lived alone and no one ever entered that room and never had anything other than water in there. I never received proof or explanation. I was transferred to a different state and was unable to pursue it legally. There is nothing in the contract requiring the carpet to be removed to check for stains. I am not concerned that you took over $500 from my deposit to replace the used carpet or the toilet seat. I am upset that at no time do you hold your management and staff accountable. Your staff and maintenance are to blame for this. I Will never rent from you and hope others will read this and learn from it. So, don't waste your breath and tell me your sorry because you don't mean it and really don't care.

The unit above us at our property has new people moved in and out at least once a week. It's like living on the bottom floor of a hotel. We get a one day turnaround and new people are there. This last one moved in at 2:30am, which is prohibited in the lease. It's one of those properties that has to add a note to the lease about flooring and extra noise. We had a neighbor in there for 2 years before this company took over and we had no issue. But every single one of these people STOMP around all day. Because it's new people's schedules every time, we can't adjust our sleep schedule to anything and it's been *months* of little to no sleep. When this was brought up to on-site management, we were yelled at, berated, and then condescended and lied to. All license plates are out of state, but after yelling that it wasn't any of our business and they could do whatever they want for months, they finally said it was a unit for tenants from other properties while they work on their apartments. There's no way they need to work on this many apartments with bad enough issues that they need to move out temporarily. Just talked to the cleaning lady they have up there and she says it's for when their employees come into town and need to stay. From ****? *************?? ****??? They won't put what it is in an email. They were emailing back and forth for a while but then *insisted* on a call to "explain" MONTHS after the initial complaint. They claimed it was tenants with apartment issues to combat the complaint that these people are here without being properly screened. They can't be reprimanded for problem behavior because they're only here for a handful of days at a time. This is a nonsmoking community and one pair were smoking and throwing their cigarette butts of the balcony onto and in front of ours. Our lives have been h*** for months with absolutely no relief. You know your on-site management is half the problem, do not advise to contact them, move this unit to ground floor.

I don't even know where to start. I honestly think I could have a higher quality of life in a hostel than a **** ****** community. They have taken over a year plus to close out simple maintenance requests at the cost of my personal safety. If you try to take legal action to defend your rights they will throw their massive legal team at you; they are a large company with money to waste on these types of things. Their front office staff does NOT CARE about their residents - they are rude, condescending, unprofessional and dismissive. I overpay living here. We have gone days without running water with no apology. If you are thinking of moving into any of their complexes, the only advice I have is DON'T DO IT.

Awful just awful. My roof has continued to leak and they cant seem to figure out how to repair it. So instead they plant flowers and use leaf blowers all day instead of making the building sturdy. Instead of letting me break my lease due to unsafe living conditions with a constant leaking roof they threaten me with fees. So therefore I have given them 5 day notice and will be escalating it to the city if not repaired by then. Please dont ever rent from this slumlord

After multiple communications with the property manager over the past two weeks regarding the noise issue, they have failed to provide any solution. If we continue living here, we will have to endure the noise indefinitely. When we proposed terminating the lease or switching units, they demanded a penalty equivalent to 2-3 months' rent.We are the victims in this situation, yet we are the ones being charged penalties. The property management is incapable of resolving any issues and seems only focused on collecting money.

Recently my vehicle tire shredded. The apartment complex did a pavement project and towed my vehicle to another location in an uncovered parking spot to complete their project. They charged the costs to my account. After reaching out to the assistant manager to advise, she replied threatening to tow my vehicle if I dont remove it. She sent me a copy of my lease agreement with the rules and regulations. The rules state my vehicle cannot be inoperable. I researched the meaning of that and it meant that my vehicle cannot be fixed. The rules also states that my vehicle cannot be in a state of disrepair. I researched that and it meant that my vehicle cannot be abandoned and in a dilapidated state. I went to my mechanic and he came to look at my vehicle and said all I needed was a new tire, washer fluid and pump as well he could just knock my fender back on with a hammer, it was no big deal. I arranged for roadside assistance to tow my car to the mechanic and he changed my tire the following day. She said she did this to all residents to deter us from storing our vehicle in the property if we cannot drive it without assistance. I asked her to change her position as she caused me a lot of grief and distress over minor issues and I was also not in violation of the rules and regulations. Instead she escalated the issue to upper management and doubled down on her approach. Her intention was to tow my vehicle to an unknown location where I would be charged daily fees because my tire needed to be changed. My vehicle was also parked under my assigned covered parking spot. To complete their project they towed it to a random uncovered parking which also exposed my car to the elements. Needless to say I am dissatisfied and discontent.
