    ********************* husband to ************************* working on behalf of my wife ******:November 2020. *************************************** promised she has been doing this for a long time, that she is a pro and knows how to get ****** where she needs to be in her health. I explain to Dr. this is a huge amount of $$ for us but, Debbies health is worth it IF it works for ******. I tell Dr. this is a lot of $$, then asked Dr. point blank, what if it does not work? Dr. promises (swears up and down) her program will work for ****** or should not have to pay. Witnessed over Zoom call with Me, Dr. * ****** attending Zoom call.January 2, 2021 (start of program). Technical issues from the start - online modules did not work for first 4-5 weeks at start. Many canned emails (mostly marketing) began to flow from COHS. We notified COHS 1st week in January the modules are not working. When modules finally began to work (Late in January), emails kept coming in telling ****** to work on modules 5,6,7,8 when module 1 just became available after weeks of waiting to get fixed. Dr admits, they own the Tech issues. We made request to Dr. to simplify program for ****** with less emails because she began to feel overloaded with their emails (which started to feel like spam). The program was not making sense to us. Our request was basically ignored. Dr. not a very good listener, the program is still not user friendly, data overload and feeling more spammed. Dr. kept telling ****** she is doing fine. ****** still confused, not understanding the program, felt lost and explained this to both **** and ********** seemed to understand Debbies frustration and would try to get ****** extra help. Dr. kept meeting with ****** telling ****** she is doing fine. ****** trying to explain to Dr., she still feels lost, does not understand the program, not feeling she is getting the help. Dr. not listening telling ****** she is fine very disconnected conversation growing distance, then rude attitude increasing from Dr.Several weeks
