  This company is harassing me by phone over a debt from Mosaic loan company which I have clearly stated that I was waiting for a check from the solar panel installers named Freedom Forever. I have legitimate text messages sent to me proving that there will be a check issued! I have explained all this to them, yet they still continue to harass me by phone! I am so tired of all this!

  They told me I could change my due date after going through Reage program. Now they won't change it. I get SS once a month on a date past their due date. So they add $40.00 late fee each month. This is a sorry excuse for doing business!!!

  We have never purchased anything from Equiant; yet they are reporting that we are late making payments. We have no idea as to what they are referring to. They need to provide us with documentation as to our purchase from them. If they cannot supply that they need to correct their reporting which is keeping us from making a mortgage loan. If they don't resolve this maybe a lawsuit is in order. I'm giving them a 1 star rating as there is nothing less I can give them on this form.

  horrible customer **********************. no number to call on their website. no information, they put a lien on your property (no disclosure about that!!) -- even when all payments are made on time. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

  1 star only because no stars is an option. This company works with some of the scammiest timeshares around (as if all timeshares aren't currently scamming people). They work with the bottom of the barrel of timeshares though (Starpoint aka Sapphire Resorts). STAY AWAY from them and all affiliated parties. You will regret it!!! They're all fast talkers.

  Called a plumbing company in ******** for a water heater. Until this i never heard of you. I feel i was tricked into this and it surprised me that you accepted a signature that was not mine. $13,875 dollars plus interest totalling $25000 and i was never sent a contract with the laws on it so i could say buyers remorse and get out of this outragous loan. I was finacially devistated and what was supposed to be a happy time in my life turned into shock pain and suffering. I had to take a loan out on a home i just paid off and this company made that very hard. In fact my hometown lender almost gave up because it seemed there were things being made up to try to keep me locked in the loan i never wanted. Now i am paying off a house twice and stuck with a tankless water heater i did not need or want. Total debt was $61,176 with another lender like you. I will never thank you for any of this.

  I have literally spent countless hours on the phone waiting to speak to someone. Noone ever answers. I am just trying to pay off what remains of the loan, and get rid of these people. I have no idea how these organizations can stay in business. Major mistake we made in the entire timeshare thing, and now they are as useless as the very first day when we signed up. Class Action Lawsuit comes to mind. Looking into it.

  The worst experience I have ever had My loan was sold to them from redbrick. Ever since nothing but irritation I always pay my bills the phone calls the rude people talk to me like I'm trying to get out of paying the loan that I really don't know how it got to a company like theirs I refinanced and so glad to be done with them Company's like this should not be in business Zero Zeroes stars

  Errors in additional principal are classified as payments with interest deducted. Needing assistance. Reached out to the primary party as equiant is a third party. Still classified as payment with the interested charged.

  ZERO STARS??They are the worst! Do not do business with them. They have very shady billing practices and lie every time I contact them! Told to create an online account since twice they have been unable to set up auto payment. Unable to do so so they now blame IT issues. I complained about not getting the paper statements they promised and told me I requested e statements which I did not and they never even sent those either! Fee to make a phone payment! they are quick to send a late notice with a late fee. Sad how thats the only paperwork they can seem to send!! I wish I had seen these reviews before but was referred by the contractor doing my home repairs.
